We'll kick things off with a little player training. You shouldn't really need our help with this, as it's just some target practice and learn to navigate cover.

The next lesson is simple. You can navigate around from behind cover to move around the room and get behind the shielded enemy waiting in the middle. Pop him in the head.

Then lastt one is very much the same, but you'll have to toss out some blind fire to keep him from following your movements. Blind firing right before quick-moving masks your movements and allows you to get behind enemies. After this you'll get a little crash course in close-combat fighting and be on your merry way.
