Both DLC packs will cost players 800 Microsoft Points, and will launch on April 9th and March 31st, respectively. Microsoft also wants to point out that gamers will also be able to get their hands on DLC for Fallout 3 and Left 4 Dead with The Pitt (March 24th) and the new zombie-filled Survival Pack (April 21st).

I'm a huge fan of Gears and any excuse to spend virtual dollars in order to wreck the likes of head ed Will and his cheap-ass shooter tactics is most welcomed in my book. While I could either take or leave Halo 3 at this point, I won't fly in the face of public opinion about the fun that online Spartan action can bring.
The real treat for me is going to be getting my hands on the Left 4 Dead DLC. Didn't Valve say this was going to be free? Winner!
