Bungie Software is a game development studio founded in 1991 in Chicago, IL. Bungie is best known for its ground-breaking first-person shooter franchises Marathon and Halo, and for Myth, a 3D realtime strategy game. The company has had a history of publishing for both Mac, PC, and next generation consoles.
In June 2000, Bungie was acquired by Microsoft. Select franchises, such as Myth and Oni, were given to Take Two in return for the company's 19.9% share. The company moved from Chicago to Redmond WA where it operated as an independent developer within the Microsoft Game Studios family until 2007. In October of 2007, Bungie split from Microsoft and again became an independent development company.
Nothing is confirmed, however.
We take a look at some of the most impressive power armors ever.
