What is it with people and change of address forms? People never bother to fill them out after a move. Take the guy who used to live in my apartment -- the one who, presumably, was responsible for at least a few of the chalk outlines. I'm still getting his mail. Even bank statements. You can learn a lot about a person by reading their unforwarded mail -- a pile of overdue bills, six court summons, and finally just yesterday morning I got this College Course Catalog that explained everything:
