Ubisoft today announced an exclusive publishing agreement with Square Enix to release its new role-playing game for the PlayStation 2, Star Ocean Till the End of Time to Europe in Autumn 2004. The latest title in the sci-fi flavored role-playing game series - for the first time on the PlayStation 2 - serves up nearly 60 hours of role-playing in an original sci-fi universe.
Some of the highlights of this game include a brand new story in the Star Ocean universe with multiple endings, a new and powerful 3D engine that takes advantage of the PS2's graphics capabilities, a dynamic battle system with real time battles and a two-player battle mode. The game also offers three brand new characters, along with some familiar faces from the previous games in the series - which can also be used in Vs. Mode. Look for the game to hit Europe later this year and look to GameSpy for more information on this game during E3.
