This "Megaten" game is a sequel in the Devil Summoner sub-series, which previously appeared on the Saturn and the original PlayStation. The game takes place in a world themed in the early 1900s Taishou era Japan. You play as Kuzunoha Raidou the 14th, a Devil Summoner and detective. Continuing the trends of the Shin Megamitensei series, Devil Summoner lets you summon demons into your company. You can then use the creature's special abilities to help solve the quest that you're on. You can also summon demons to help in battle. Whereas most Megaten games tend to feature menu-based battles, Atlus is adding action elements to the mix this time around.
