Atlus Co., Ltd. is a is a leading publisher of interactive software for major video game systems. Japanese videogame publisher. The parent company of all Atlus operations is located in Tokyo, Japan. Though Atlus has explored a variety of genres with titles such as Trauma Center and Arcana Heart, it is best known for its library of classic role-playing games. The company's flagship RPG franchise is the Shin Megami Tensei series, which continues to innovate and challenge gamers with each new installment released.

Headquartered in Irvine, California, Atlus USA is the North American subsidiary arm of Atlus. The company was founded in 1991 as "Asuka", and was started up with the stated mission of publishing high quality role-playing games for a North American audience.
