It's been out in arcades and on home consoles for years now, schools have begun using it to help their kids get in shape, and now CBS is bringing it to your local Saturday morning kids' line-up. It's Dance Dance Revolution, and on September 16th, you can start watching a new show featuring Konami's mega-hit called Dance Dance Revolution.
An official press release from CBS and DIC Entertainment announced the show last week. The series will be live-action and will be targeted at "tweens" and teens. These kids will compete with each other as teams and will include onscreen visuals to encourage viewer participation. The show will feature the Dance Dance Revolution house band. We don't know about you, but a Guitar Hero show sounds like it'd be a lot cooler.
