Hello. If you go to the sleep tab on the app, at the top you see Day, Week, Month Year. Click on on of those and you will see a graph and under it you can toggle between, duration, score, schedule and, on the right, sleep stages. There you can see a drop down menu and check each stage for any of the periods at the top. I have to say, I have been reading all the dislike for the new sleep layout, but I don't think there is anything missing from before. Granted I don't think change was needed at all and probably prefer the old layout rather than what seems like change for change's sake, but I don't think in terms of what it shows it is a big change. This is my first post, but I promise I'm not a fitbit plant trying to defend the new sleep layout!
