Chances are you are writing something about your kids anyway- so most likely it will fit. Please grab the button for your post. And did you hear-- this week it is just me hosting as my co-host Kmama well let's just say her post to her unborn baby who had reached 37 weeks worked really really well!!
You never know what kids are going to learn in school; take this conversation after I picked up Lucas a few days ago.
Lucas: "Hey mom, do you know what 'spread the cheese means?"
Mom: "Do you mean cut the cheese?"
Lucas: "No, spread the cheese."
Mom: "I am pretty sure you mean cut the cheese and yes it means to fart."
Lucas: "Are you sure, I really thought it was spread the cheese?"
Mom: "Nope- cut trust me."
Alex: (while farting) "I just spread the cheese!"
Oh boy
What is your proud mommy moment this week?
I just love when they change things around and go with it like that :)
ReplyDeleteI love that he messed it up!
ReplyDeleteMy son loves to tell me everytime he cuts the cheese. Most times....I already know.
That is too funny! Allison has been saying air biscuit when she farts. I think she got if from her daddy.
ReplyDeleteToo funny. Spreading the cheese . . .haha!
ReplyDeleteSo just curious about your co-host. She mentioned a c-section in her letter. Did she go into labor and then have a c-section?
ReplyDeleteSO if a fart is cutting...I really HATE to know what spreading that fart means.
ReplyDeleteSpread the cheese just ain't right! Haha
ReplyDeleteSpread the cheese just ain't right! Haha
ReplyDeleteThat's hilarious! She's such a firecracker!
ReplyDeleteThat's awesome but "Spreading the cheese" really is a saying for tossing money around. I could be wrong but I think that's what they sing in "Big Pimpin'".
ReplyDeleteToo funny! Does farting ever become not funny? I laughed like I had never heard the word before when I read this, it always happens!
ReplyDeleteHaha that is so cute! I can't wait to have kids, I will definitely be recording every single thing they say!
ReplyDeleteBahaha! That's too cute. I think I prefer spread the cheese to cut the cheese. Yes, yes I do.
ReplyDeleteHilarious proud mommy moment!!!
ReplyDeleteKids.
They totally keep you in stiches.
Glad he can ask you anything.
ReplyDeleteI think he just wanted to fart. LOL :)
ReplyDeleteLove it! And I live in home where my two "roommates" are spreading cheese all the time!! URGH!
ReplyDeleteHa ha that is too funny!
ReplyDeleteHahaha! That is so funny. I love how Alex chimes in and just runs with the conversation. They have such a fun dynamic. I love hearing the stories about them.
ReplyDeleteBahaha! I bet you will start calling it "spread the cheese" from now on!! That's how we got quite a few "unique" phrases or sayings in our family. And we forget that they aren't normal, so then if we say them in front of anyone - we have to explain!
