MADE WITH LOVE RECIPE CLIPBOARD | With Traci

Hey guys! Today, I have a fun project to share with you that I created with the super cute Made With Love Collection. It's a mini recipe album on a clipboard that's filled with pretty flowers, hearts, polka dots, plaids, and the cutest little kitchen supplies!

I found this ring binder clipboard in my stash. It's by Maggie Holmes and it's called a Crate Paper Open Album. The clipboard was a woodgrain pattern so I covered it with the pretty 12x12 plaid paper called Cupcake Cuties.

Then, I created a cover page for my recipes with white card stock. I added the 6x6 paper titled Heartwarmer to the lower half and the scalloped border sticker from the This and That sheet.

For the center embellishments, I used the scallop circle sticker from the This and That and layered a 2.25" circle punched from the 6x6 Bake Me Happy polka dot paper. Then, I finished it with a few flower and heart die cuts from the Odds & Ends.

Inside the cover page, I added more of the 6x6 Bake Me Happy paper, then ... the cute recipe cards! I punched holes in the top of each one and added them to the rings.

I love the recipe cards in this collection. The set includes 36 double-sided cards. There are six of each design that have a pretty pattern along the bottom and a cute image in the corner.

At the bottom of the clipboard, I layered more die cut pieces from the Odds & Ends and added the "perfect recipe" piece from the Chit Chat. And that's it! Easy-peasy!

I hope this cute project inspires you to make your own recipe album with the wonderful Made With Love Collection. The paper and embellishments are so fun, colorful, and filled with the cutest little smiling faces!

BACK TO SCHOOL - TEACHER APPRECIATION CLIPBOARD | with Shellye

Back to School time is here and today I'm sharing the cutest Teacher's Gift using
Doodlebug favorites and newbies!

I've used the Beetle Black 12X12 Clipboard and topped it with patterned paper from the new "School Days" Collection.  To the top of the clipboard I tied on a length of ribbon and looped through a roll of stickers before tying the ribbon into a pretty bow!
To the top of the base paper I added four different styles of the 8X8 page protectors.  Next, I placed the stack of protectors onto the base paper and attached with large brads.

The first page includes four 4X4 sections that were filled with squares of patterned papers.  I used two of the 3X3 envelopes and attached them to the top of the page protector with high tack adhesive.
One pocket stores mini paperclips and the other houses small stickers to give to students!

To  one side of the 4X6 vertical page protector I added  two sections of 3X4 cards as one solid piece.  Next I made a pen holder by doubling a piece of 1" X 6" strip of patterned paper.  One end of the strip was made into a loop and then held in place with a large brad.  The strip was attached with high tack adhesive tape.

For the larger 8X8 sheets you may choose to do a variety of things; I chose to make a collage of the different stickers and sentiments for a fun accent page!

Give the gift of Doodlebug's enamel shapes!  I removed the sheets from their original packaging abd then stapled them to same-sized patterned paper.
And don't forget that the backs of the pages can be used for future photos or little notes!

Happy Back-to-School!

FRENCH KISS - Daily Doodles Calendar Pages | with Traci

Back on December 28, I posted several pages of a calendar project I was working on.  I only had six months completed at that time, but I have two more to share with you today!

I used the new French Kiss collection for both of these pages.  Like my previous project, I started with daily doodles calendar sheets, and hung the completed pages on 12x12 ClipArt Boards.
I covered the top of the calendar with the adorable Passion for Plaid paper.  I used stickers from the icon sheet, and mini icons, and a few die cuts from the Odds & Ends.
For the months, I used the Daily Doodles Lily White Month Stickers.  The red and blue in this collection worked perfectly for my July 4th theme.

I haven't completed June, August, September and November yet, but stay tuned! I will share them over on my blog at Artsy Albums when I finish them!

Clipboard Calendar using Sweet Summer | with Anabelle

As a planner person, I am always making lists and writing goals. I use my daily, weekly and monthly planners to tackle my 'to do' lists. I have a budget planner and since I'm a teacher, I have a lesson planner. So, as I was trying to decide how to track my summer bucket list/goals, I decided I wanted to make something that I would look at on a daily basis. Something decorative that would remind me, regularly, of my plans. I came up with the idea of doing a large calendar page and hang it with my Doodlebug clipboard. I love how it turned out and it looks great hanging up next to my desk.

I used a blank calendar page and added some of the Abigail stickers to title it Summer 2018. Then I went to town decorating it. I used die cuts and Icon stickers. I love dimension, so I added foam adhesive to some of the die cuts.
I used some of the sprinkle stickers to decorate the clip and added some ribbon from my stash, as well.
I love clustering the die cuts and stickers. I did so on several spots and layered them on each other.

I had this tag that I had previously made and thought it would look cute clipped to the calendar. I added the Jelly Clip to it for more dimension.
Some Doodlepops and Frills stickers also found their way onto my project, too. Aren't these two little guys adorable? And that cassette player... so fun!
Once I was done decorating, I started making my list. I chose my coordinating Flair pens and Sprinkles and got to work. I left spaces on my calendar for other items that may come up.
So, as you can see, making a list can be creative and fun. Give it a try! I'm hoping this one will help me accomplish my goals by the time my Summer Break is over. Thanks for stopping by!
