Above is the new link to our revised YouTube song video, “Salt In The Wound” written by Rita W. Jones. YouTube was forced to pull the first one at 455,109 views in less than 2 weeks of airing due to a claim of copyright infringement on several pictures that we used in the making of the video. We have corrected that problem with the company that we were in conflict with and the new video contains no copyright infringement issues with them or anyone else. We are asking if you would to share this link with anyone that might help us get this song back on track. We are asking that no one repost the old video or the new video on YouTube since there only needs to be one posting and that being by TexasStarRecords. We are asking that you help spread the word again by emails, Facebook, or Twitter or any other means. The new video can be posted on your websites, blogs, etc.
Thank ya’ll so much for supporting the first one that was at 500,000 views in less than 2 weeks when YouTube pulled the video. There is no legal reason that this new revised video can be pulled since we have the written permission from everyone that contributed photos and we can prove where they came from and that the photographers own these photos. This song is not for sale anywhere and never will be. I will furnish you a free MP3 of the song upon request if that will help spread the word. We regreat if we have caused any inconvenience to anyone with the original video.
    Thank ya’ll so much!

  2. At 500,000 views in less than 2 weeks our YouTube video, “Salt In The Wound”, was pulled by YouTube for copyright infringement. We had used a picture that belonged to Getty Images, Inc. that we believed to be a public domain picture. We contacted Getty to make things right by getting the proper clearence for the picture but was turned down. We have since re-done the video using only pictures that we have written permission to use by the photograpers. There is no copyright infringement in the new video. The link is ://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fuypeen1WuU if you would like to view it and pass it along. We apologize for any inconvenience that was caused on our part.
