Nice one – though, personally, my viewpoint is to take it one step further…
The Inside-The-Beltway-Bandittti have managed to turn me back into a single issue voter.
That single issue is Incumbency.
In any and all upcoming elections, at all levels, if a candidate is an incumbent, it’s up to him, her or it to prove to me that they a) have been operating on smaller-Gubmint, lower-taxation, less-intrusion-into-people’s-lives principles and b) fully intend to continue doing so if re-elected. Otherwise – it’s “Bad politician! No vote!” – and I will also urge anyone and everyone I know or simply talk to to vote likewise.
My own version of “term limits”…
JS that has become my philosophy on the coming elections also, no current incumbent will get my vote, none of them deserve it or act like they want it.
