Number zero. Philosophically, zero is a physical measurable quantity. If +1 is a quantity (for example temperature), and -1 is a quantity then whatever in between is a quantity as well, including zero. A lot of people confuse zero with void (or null, or phi) where void expresses nothing while zero is actually something.
