To prevent mold eccentric, we use whole piece of steel to make bucket.
Our mould use air assistance, stripper plate and centre ejector for demolding(release in two steps).
And if customer required, we will use insert CuBe on the mould core and cavity, the cooling will be better, then the cycle time can be shorter.
