Organic Dairy Learning and Training Center



Our project of Organic Dairy Learning and Training Center aims to be a model of organic dairy farming in Thailand. Under the supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives an objective is to educate and promote dairy farming knowledge and be the leader of a social enterprise organization in order to support agriculture career and economic system including regard to encourage an environment in sustainable ways as well. This project contains of dairy museum, organic pasture farm, training center, and milk processing factory.

Landscape designed concept is “Interactive Farmland” to design an area of interpretation of relationships of human activities and farm processing which active in sensory farmland. Begin by learning concept was proceeded by user inspiration to human and nature dependence process in dairy farm area step by step to explode agriculture indigenous knowledge that cause of better productivity and social benefit along walkable learning route.

Using natural element included field, water, wind, light and plant user can experience farm by connecting visual of the dynamic view of sloped landform leans on the mountain. Also creating
an interactive space for user to connect local farmer lifestyle with natural element and touchable material. Planting is designed to be diverse and productive enough to study and harvest. Not only ecosystem management but also to creating farm identity that attracts to people to promote organic and integrated agriculture knowledge to be known with benefit of social value and sustainable development as well.

Thai Coconut Research and Wisdom Education Center by Ampolfood



Coconut is a significant industrial crop in Thailand and increased in high demand in global market. Because of drought, pest and turning to growing other plants, they result in decreasing Thai coconut growing. Entrepreneur must import coconut in some period and therefore it will impact to high production cost.

Ampolfood Processing Company realizes its problem and develop a Thai Coconut Research and Wisdom Education Center to encourage agriculturist and interested people. They act as a researcher and publisher to develop coconut breeding and production process to increase in efficiency and value added.

In addition, tourism in the project will be occurred to encourage agriculturist being proud of their occupation and increasing their income. They must be co-workers of the project to solve the problem and develop the process in the same way.

The project is located on the area of 525 rai in Amphawa district, Samutsongkram. Its design concept is ‘Tassanatara’ described through the water being the main agricultural factor and the symbol of province. The plan is focused on old agricultural pattern and concerned about the effective of agricultural and hydrology system. Circulation system is categorized into 3 layers based on each user: researcher, agriculturist and tourist.

Thailand Cocoa Learning Center



The objective of this project is to support the policy of Nestle that aim to provide knowledge to people, especially for the youth.

Cocoa has been the main ingredient of Nestle products for decades. And with many considerations about the present situation of cocoa industry in Thailand, the conclusion is to create a project that can provide knowledge to people and also train the agriculturist in Thailand to start cultivate cocoa as an alternative plant.

The site of this project is located in Baan Beung, Chonburi, where is the accessible area for both agriculturists and tourists. It can be approached by either private car or public transportation.

This part of Chonburi is the proper area for cocoa cultivation. The humidity and weather is also suitable for planting any kind of tropical plants, which is good because cocoa needs shade from other trees.

This project consists of four zones, which are welcome zone, learning zone, research zone and residential zone. The hilight of the tour is in the learning zone, which is designed to be stations.

Each station represents different role or benefit of cocoa. There are many design and technology brought into each station to make the learning tour easier to understand.

Organic Agricultural Tourism Development



Organic Agricultural Tourism Development is located in Pak Chong, Nakhonratchasrima, the WB Organic Farm. The project has operated for 3 years with an increasing number of products. From 30 rai to 90 rai, farm still keep expanding project, not only having an idea of a leadership in agricultural trading, but also having an image of site development to be another agrotourism destination with high quality in an operation.

Vegetables grown in the project site are more than 40 species, mainly is salad. To effectively planning on agricultural process, the design was categorized into 2 layers; the organic operation system and the tourist service. There are many significant factors related to agriculture include: livestock for farming, soil management, water management, buffer area, and the biodiversity. The elements are all significant to realize together for making a new productive organic farming system which is balancing between human needs and ecological resources.

Whereas, the key of farming design is hydrological system. For the most appropriate and efficiency in operation, Organic Farming also concerned about the purity of water resource—without any chemical contaminated. By the reason, it should be provided for project own water supply, to easier in quality control, which will be used among a good ecology in long term.

Supha Organic Bee Farm for Apitourism and Apitherapy



Supha Bee Farm Co., Ltd. is a company dealing with the honey industry in the field of farming and buying from farmers to process and export the products. Including communicating, educating and disseminating the beekeeping culture to those interested. The purpose is to make people aware of the importance of nature and environment changing through learning about the origins of the products and desire to give people good health from the natural products of bees which can be both food and medicine.

For such purposes. Supha Bee Farm has developed a concept to develop the areas a new tourist attraction. To be able to educate and deliver the ideas and products from the natural to external recipients. The project will be developed in the concept of “The First Apitourism in Thailand” accordance with the concept of agrotourism as a policy of tourism development in Mae Rim, Chiangmai. The development of project will consist of tourism, learning, research and medical knowledge. Including the apiterapy which is becoming popular.

Huay Manow Organic Hub for commerce and agrotourism



At present, the impact of chemicals from the agricultural sector in Thailand has affected the ecosystem for a long time. The way of organic agriculture is one approach that can solve these problems at the cause. It requires the cooperation of both public and private to encourage local farmers for stop using chemicals and convert to organic farming. If both producers and consumers in the country understand the benefits of organic farming and start doing now. It will make the marketing of organic products grown and It will improve ecological sustainability.

The purpose of Huay Manow Organic Hub for commerce and agrotourism is
1. Make the place where producers and customers can meet together without middlemen.
2. Make the place where producers and customers can understand about organic correctly.

Mivana Organic Coffee Farm



Coffee is the most popular beverage in the world. In the coffee farming, we have to use the Integrated farming system to reduce the risk of disease and increase balancing of ecosystem that call “shade-grown coffee” can bring more birds the indicator of biodiversity to the area. This approach matches with the policy of MIVANA under Green Net SE Co., Ltd. that support the locals to plant coffee under the shade of forest.

Mivana Organic Coffee Farm is located in Mae Suay district, Chiang Rai. Mae Suay district has the most productive in Chiang Rai due to the geography and climate appropriate for growing Arabica coffee. There are many natural and agricultural attractions near by the project area such as Mae suay dam, Mae suay cave, doi chang, Singh park etc. that make the potential to develop this area into an agro-tourism for learning and getting experience about coffee with forest

The project area is 305 rai, consisting of “Coffee Farm” and many shading plants (macadamia/ume/forest) to produce coffee, “Coffee Experience” to make visitors get experiences by themselves (coffee workshop, museum etc.), “Coffee Processing” to show them how coffee are made since the nursery until roasting, “Stay in” the rooms located in the coffee farm, lakeside and some area near the forest for outdoor camping in high season.
