I love food and everything that goes with it!
It’s true I’m in my element when I’m cooking or sharing and talking about food with others. I love growing my own
vegetables and collecting fresh produce. I love shopping for food and for all the exciting tools and accessories that go
with creating food - whether it’s simply a new potato peeler or a saucepan, colourful serving wares to fine dining
silverware, stemware and table linen.
I’ve always had this passion for food and entertaining. Ever since I was very young I’ve role played, invented,
created, styled and served meals with the dream of one day opening my own boutique restaurant.
I studied professional cookery and chefing by trade at Christchurch Polytechnic and have worked in several restaurants
throughout the South Island of New Zealand.
In this culinary journey I discovered how much I also adore photographing food, the writing and styling that goes with

When I am not engrossed in food and photography, I can be found homeschooling our 3 sidekicks and running our small 5
acre farm with my husband Jonathan in North Canterbury, New Zealand.
