Glittery Snail Mail

This shop has been compensated by Collective Bias, Inc. and its advertiser. All opinions are mine alone. #PAPYRUSXTaylorSwift #CollectiveBias

For the past 7 years my best friend Sam and I have sent each other Valentines gifts. It started after I moved away to Utah for school and we were both single (with no Valentine Day dates haha). We wanted to celebrate our friendship by sending a fun gift! Even though over the years we've both gotten engaged and then married; we still send each other Valentines gifts along with other snail mail to let one another know we're thinking of each other.

Sam recently had surgery and I wanted to send a package with some comfort chocolate, cute post-it notes, and a glittery PAPYRUS Taylor Swift-inspired card! We both love Taylor Swift and everything girly. This new line of 44 cards at Target features adorable embellishments such as brightly colored glitter, embossing, gems, and fun flowers made of tulle!

I picked up a friendship card to mail to Sam, then a birthday card and thank you card to save for later. It's always smart to have cards on hand! I love how each card was so thoughtfully designed, and that PAPYRUS had so many fun cards to choose from for various occasions. I took time to pick out my favorite cards, so that my recipients feel special when picking up their stash from the mailbox :)

Pick a special and unique PAPYRUS card
I loved this glittery and feminine card! Totally screams "Sam" :)

Write a thoughtful note
Even though my handwriting is awful, it's the thought that counts right?!

Fill your package with all sorts of goodies!
Chocolate can ease all pain ;) Also you can never have enough cute stationary from Target!

Which PAPYRUS cards would you choose for your close friends and family? You know everyone enjoys snail mail, snag one for your collection!

Birthday Party in a Box

My youngest brother Jesse is serving and LDS mission in Louisville, Kentucky. He has already been out for over 6 months, which is just crazy to me! Time has flown by :) His 20th birthday was last Monday, so Evan (the middle brother) and myself put together this "birthday party in a box"!

Guys. A MINI PINATA. OK? OK.

We threw in a 'Happy Birthday' banner, candles, candy, party hats, tabletop tennis, a piñata, candy and some letters from us and a few of his friends.

Obviously needed some Monster to get through the day haha

Evs had fun stuffing the mini piñata, it's so cute I'm gonna dieeeeeee.

He got his box last weekend, and he looked like he had a blast with it! Happy birthday Elder Jess :)

These Are a Few of My Favorite Things

{Mint polka dot nails & a bubble bath}

I don't know about you, but Mondays are always hard for me.
I get the post-weekend blues which are never fun!
Although, getting fun mail & doing my nails help in lifting my spirits :)

{Happy mail from SkincareRx}

Now I'm off to finish studying for my geology test so I can hurry up
and take it before my family comes into town tonight!
Hope your Monday treats you well!
