HR-P7

A postal card on Opatija, pearl of the Adriatic (Opatija, biser Jadrana). There is a non-value indicator pre-printed stamp on this city. A 3,10 stamp with QR mark was added. They were cancelled at Rijeka 51000 on 7.1.2012. Thanks Dragan.
















At the back of this card is blank. The sender has written some information about this postal card. It was issued with price 1,60 kuna.

HR-P6

A postcard on Kornati in Dalmatia. Kornati is archipelago in Mediterranean Sea. Due to centuries of deforestation, these islands' vegetation are sparsely available on the island. The islands and its marine areas are protected as Kornati National Park (Nacionalni park Kornati). Thanks rlicul.















This card was sent from Pula on 17.2.2010. Many stamps were used. They are three definitive embroidery stamps (with face values 0.10, 0.20 and 0.50), a 1,80 stamp on painting by Zlatko Prica and 3,50 stamp on national folk dance organization of LADO.

HR-P5

Part of the Krka National Park, Skradinski buk is a well known waterfall in Dalmatia. The national park is named after the Krka River. This waterfall is the lowest of the three sets of waterfalls formed along the Krka river. Thanks rlicul.
















This postcard is sent from Pula 52103 on 7.1.2010. Several low-value stamps are used to pay its postage. Three different definitive embroidery stamps with face values 0.10 kn, 0.50 kn and 1.00 kn each were used on the card, together with a 1.80 kn painting by Nives Kavurić-Kurtović stamp and a 3.50 kn sturgeon stamp.

HR-P4

An odd-shape postcard from Pula or Pola. The shape appears like a cross is actually tradisional window frame. The Arch of the Sergii is appeared in the center. This arch is a remnant from Ancient Rome. It was built by the Sergii Family during that time. Thanks rlicul.


















This postcard was sent from Pula on 4.11.2009. Two definitive stamps, 5.00 building and 0.10 textiles, and a 1,65 commemorative stamp were used.

A rock just off the Croatian coast in Adriatic Sea. A few vegetations manage to survive on this islet. Croatia has a long coast line where some of the coastal tourist spots are. Thanks rlicul.

HR-P2

A postcard from Pula, a city best known for its many surviving Roman buildings. These buildings include the Pula Arena (the main picture). Also shown in this postcard are Arch of Sergii (second from left), and Temple of Agustus (lower right corner). The old quarter's buildings could be seen here too. Thanks rlicul.




















There are three stamps on the postcard. A kn5.00 Vnetak, a kn1.80 Omiš and a kn0.10 Posavina flower pattern. Altogether, the postage paid is kn6.90. The card was sent from Pula on 4.8.2009. "52103" on the postmark is the postcode.
