Ha... This month seems to be over so soon (yeah, of cuz since there are only 28 days!). And the coming 1 March will mean 3 more months to my ORD - 1 June. Haha

Anyway, gonna be going for the medical check-up tomorrow at NTU. Kinda waste time. And A-Level results gonna be out soon. This means i gotta apply to study to NUS again. Hopefully i can get it cuz i simply dont want to go NTU. So far and so dead...

This sat is a Homecoming day for ex-Victorians at VJC. Too bad, im on duty. Not free to go. What a pity. I cant apply leave even since we dont have any extra manpower.

Yah, Eugene will cross-over to section 2 for a month starting this friday cuz they seriously short of people. 7 people is required in a section for duties. They will left only 5 in early march. And then 4 in mid march. So Eugene, the unlucky one who was picked from drawing lots, gotta cross over.

Sigh... duty gonna be more tiring.

93 more days!!

This past week had been an eventful one...

Well, sent off Keith who is going to Adelaide to study medicine for 6 years on wednesday evening. Ha.. quite a number of 4-10 people appeared, though some appearances were quite surprising.... haha.

Next, was going to send Yuanhin off to Perth to study medicine too yesterday, but we were just 1 minute late and he already had gone in. Hiaz... too bad. Only simon and Alvin were early. The 4 of us were a little bit late. Peter about 5 minutes late. Elvin 10 minute late! Ha... oh well, yuanhin will be back in june. So till then.....

Had an indonesian bbq chicken dinner at Park Lane after that. Then we went for more Dota. At around 11.30pm, GY, Alan, Peter and I went to Zouk. The remaining 5 went for majong... My second time to Zouk. Still the best place to go for clubbing. Crowd still as many but not so as compared to the first time i went 1yr+ ago. Went to have some supper at Newton Circle there before going home.. Good thing was peter was driving so had a lift home...

Anyway, 100 days more to ORD... Im getting impatient. Especially so in the last week -- certain things that people said made me think im being taken for granted too often. Im being relied too much yet i dont get appreciated for being nice and thoughtful..

Ahh, cant wait to leave and let themselves rot... Leeches.

Happy Chinese New Year!!!

Well, nothing special for me. Duty as usual on the first day of CNY. Yes, stayed in camp the whole day. So boring. Only went to visit relatives today. But not much. Tomorrow will be a normal working day again... sianz.

Had a reunion dinner in camp on monday(7Feb) and this dinner was for all the RPs as well as staff of CCO DTT.... We had our steamboat at the garden behind the CCO building. We had 4 tables and even had lao yu sheng for every table. BUT, that day was our off day and we had to go back unreluctantly for this 'forced' dinner.

Yah, they wanted REUNION.

Anyway, my ORD seems so near yet so far... And i guess a majority people are on leave already and gonna ORD in less than 40days... My is still 111 days away...

Awww....

Ahh... finally went to collect my driving license photocard today after so long... but still, glad that i have it.. haha

Chinese new year is coming but im not particularly excited about it. Oh well, bad thing is im on duty on the first day of new year. Yah, gotta be back in camp by 11.30am that morning. Last year CNY, i was on duty also. So imagine i dont visit my relatives twice in a row on the CNY's first day...

Here's the joke of the day: Our highest superior actually said if our family/relatives/friends miss us on the first day of CNY, they can come to our camp to visit us! They can bring food or anything for us too! And we can use those tables and bench at the back of our CCO building to eat and chat! But hey, doesnt this seems like we are in jail and they visit us with food??!! Funny. But still, who is so free to come and visit us?? Duh.

Anyway, duty is a good excuse for me... I dont really like CNY. I find it boring other than the extra income... ha. Seeing those relatives i would probably be faced with the same old questions like 'What you doing now?', 'When u finish NS?', 'After NS what u gonna do?'... blah blah blah.. And the most hated and often asked question is 'Have any girlfriend now??' Then the comments/questions that follow after my reply will be so annoying to me and yet i still have to maintain a happy-looking expression...

Oh well, i just wish to get out of NS fast... seeing that a lot of people are clearing leave already can be so exasperating...... ha
