材料
150克 粘米粉 660ML水 1 大匙粟米粉 1/4小匙盐 2大匙油
Ingrediant
15og rice flour 660ml water 1tbsp corn flour 1/4tsp salt 2 tbsp oil
馅料
300克甜菜圃 50克蒜茸 1大匙虾米 1大匙糖 菜油
Filling
300g sweet dried radish (chopped) 50g chopped garlic 1tbsp chopped dried prawn 1tbsp sugar Oil
做法
1。热锅,热油炒香蒜茸,虾米和菜圃
2。小火煮至软,加入糖,拌匀。
3。将粉混匀后倒入水,拌匀。
4。将3倒入锅后小火煮至浓稠。
5。把4放入小碗,以大火蒸20分钟。
Method
1. Heat oil, fry garlic,dried shrimps and radish until fragrant
2. Simmer for 30min over low heat, add sugar and mix well
3. Mix flour and add in water.
4. Use a small pot, cook the mixture of 3 till the batter turn thick
5. Pour into small bowl, steam 20min.
