In Search of Lost Innocence

Woot. Booking in in like another 2 hours time.. Haha.. But this time it will be a different kind of feeling... No more trainee liao... Hmmm.. Looking forward to new responsibilities and roles in the near future. Went to catch up with Quek. He came back from Taiwan today morning.. Haha.. Together with Deshun, went to Bugis/ Sim Lim area to look for some things. After that went to pray at the Guan Yin Temple there.. Hmm.. Its been a long while since I have been there.. One more month and have to call Quek 'SIR!' Lolx.. Saw Melvin though, by chance at Bugis MRT station.. He saw me first.. Haha.. He went to get the namecards he printed for his stall back at SP. Hmm.. Doing business eh? Haha.. All the best then... Haven't meet up with the 5I/6II gang for quite a long while.. Looking at the Montfort photos.. Should go back visit school one day ba..

I guess everything has long been decided. Just a matter of time.

Hmmm.. Went for Night Cycling on Friday night.. Haha... Juz late for quite sometime due to some stupid held up.. Haha.. Nevertheless I got to East Coast park juz nice when the sky was dark -.- Met up with Kang n deren and began our journey from East Coast... First stop.. We went to Lao Pa Sat in town area.. Haha.. I dun realli know the way.. I juz followed... Ate some stuff n had slurpee there.. Felt sleepy alreadi.. Den we tried to reach harbourfront Vivo City.. Actualli got lost during the trip.. But heng ah, anyhow bong also reach a main street that leads to our destination.. After that we decided to go up Mount Faber.. And we did.. Wah Xiong ah.. haha.. The view is quite nice i believe, juz that it is in the dark and we couldn't appreciate it... Stayed there for sometime.. After that, we cycled down n head to West Coast.. Wooo.. Happen to see some car racing there.. Hahaha.. Racing xiong sia... Went to see some Marinas by there.. But West Coast is too industralised for ppl to h...

My leave is coming to an end soon.. haha... Sianz.. Returning to work soon... Yesterday night went to Tampines Mall with Alvyn to pass Weiyen his No.4 coz suddenly, his OFF was cancelled and so is our application for Basic Theory... Nevertheless, to show how bored I m, I tagged along to Tampines Mall, knowing how far it is... Went to Suki Sushi, haha.. I think we kanna cheated there.. Anyway, it was quite a good night la.. So wun grumble liao.. Tonight supposed to meet up with Ashley to discuss something... But I dunno whether he has forgotten anot.. Hmmmm... Then, supposedly to night cycle with Kang and co from dunno where to dunno where.. Haha... No news also... HAhaha.. Most likely is flopped liao la.. Haha... Next sat will be heading down to Sentosa! Wooo.. Dunno what m I gonna do there.. Haha.. I missed Band days sia... haha.. all those Soccer, politics and of course instrumental playing are all so memorable... Haha.. Juz wanna re-live those days.. Once will do.. Haha... Should go...

Went out with De Shun then met up with john at Vivo City on thurs, whereas supposedly to get together with the TCC ppl on Sat.. But i fell sick.. Till today sia.. haha.. Celebrated Sok Fong's bday yesterday, haha.. Details can be found on De shun's blog.. Actualli we also did nothing much.. juz a get together session... Hmmm.. Need to think for November and December... Should have also met up with Tessa today to pass her the bday present.. But due to the fact that I m ill, i went to see the doctor instead.. Hmm.. Will have to see how I spent the rest of my leave.. Talked to Adelene yesterday.. We were talking issues on relationships... BGR those kind.. Suddenly talked about availabilty.. Supposedly, if you meet someone, and u tell them u are single, they will take more interest in you, especially if they are of the opposite gender. Somewhat, I came down to this theory... Humans, when they get into relationships, not all are in love with the girl/guy, they are actualli in love w...

Today was a slack day... Basically I did nothing.. haha... De Shun asked me out today... But I couldn't meet him and John as I was meeting Ashley instead.. Haha... So we decided to head out to Vivo City tomorrow to catch a movie... Met up with Ashley and Kang today... Just so happened that Jun Yang and Sijun bypass us.. Sat for dinner... Talked a bit... Surprised Ashley acutally got a girlfriend, despite all those previous vows and promises to stay single and be a successful bachelor... Haha.. I guess people do change... Haha.. Its been at least 3 years since I last saw Ashley... He seems quite successful, and on his way to make big bucks... ?Like before, he still bents on doing his own business and everything... With Luhao and Edmund with him, I guess they are going to be a successful team... Before that, wish Ash and Yan Ting all the best in the future... Today, after chatting with Ashley & gang, I seemed to have done a reality check on my future.. Hmmm.. They seemed to be ve...

Hmmm... I took 2 weeks leave... Now i seriously dunno wat to do at home.. haha.. The gals will be in university, the guys will be in camp.. Wah... But bo bian.. Have to clear leave..... If not will haf to forfeit away the 11 days.. Went to play soccer again.. Lost heavily, 6-2, despite having enuf ppl... I dun think I will enjoy playing in that team.. Haix.. Suddenly, something struck me. Despite thinking that, I consider a lot of factors before making a decision, I do make rash decisions.. And somehow, those seemed to be the most important decisions I have to take... It has been haunting me for quite sometime.. I dun think I am able to rectify the problem, but running away from it seems unwise either.. Hmmm.. Dunno seems to be the easiest word to say.. I hope I snap out if it soon.

Yesterday was the passing out parade... Promoted to 3SGT le.. New responsibilities, new jobs, new experience... Anxiously awaiting the outcome of my posting.. PSI index went up to as high as 140.. The haze's pretty bad... Better stay at home if you people have nothing to do.. Went out to town to buy a present for Patrick... Lots of things happened, and I was just sharing my opinions on the course itself.. Made me think through a lot... Somewhat it came down to the question, what have I really gained from the 18 weeks of training in Army.. Seriously, some things can't be put into words, neither can I find the correct phrase or words to describe them... Maybe I have grown and matured, but yet I don't feel that is true. One regret I have for this course, is that I didn't get the recognition I wanted. Instead I got another image. I don't want to be seen that way. Sometimes, maybe when one tries to prove himself too much, he might actually push and impose a wrong present...

Yo yo ppl.. I m back... haha.. from the tough training in Taiwan... Its 3 weeks gone without knowin wat happened back here.. No good.. Hope to meet up with more ppl to catch up with things... haha.. Wooo... Its a good experience to be there.. Experiencing the unusual weather and the undulating terrain... haha.. Phew.. juz glad its over... haha.. Here comes the 3 days RnR part... Haha.. Spent alot on food n stuffs.. Experience the different cultures the Taiwanese have.. Also saw the protesting.. lolx.. A bit lame sia.. But its an eye-opener la.. Now back in Singapore.. One more week to POP.. Soon everyone will be on their way to different units le.. A handful will stay back as Instructors, be it TCC, AGTS or CSW, while the rest going out to unit.. Kinda of sad to leave newly-established friends yet again.... Haix.. I guess that's part and parcel of life ba.. Hope we will enjoy the last week as coursemates together... yeah...
