Meet up
Met up with a few ex councilors. Was quite enjoyable catching up, but we're growing older now. Somehow I still think that they're still the same as who they were, perhaps a little older, but the same. I wonder how much I've changed and if people still see me as the same person I was.
I hate the education system in this era. Education ideally should come from passing on information to others who are willing to learn. Yet education of today is mostly passed on for the sake of advancement, thus systems to test one's knowledge was developed. Which I think is an absolute shitty idea.
Education fucked us all actually. We went against nature but yet this is deemed as evolution and advancement. Look at what good education did to the place where we live in? After 5 million years, we've fucked it long and hard enough for it to finally come to an end soon. Sure we do live longer now and live more comfortably. Air conditioning at the expense of the environment, vehicles at the expense of global warming, non-biodegradable waste at the expense of mankind. In essence, Education is a double edged sword.
We do live longer, which also means that we suffer longer. Higher life expectancy rate means that the world is slowly overcrowding and which also means that our resources are depleting much faster than it can replenish (yeah as if we didn't know that a few centuries ago). Frankly, the earth will never turn around unless a billion people on this Earth disappeared right now, retaining information and enough to repopulate ourselves.
Again, boring stuff from me. Wish I could migrate. Public transport upping again.
