One helter-skelter mad dash to give it all you've got and make it to the end. Time's your foe (well, sorta), and when you've beaten that, then yeahhhhhballs, you feel the exhiliration at the finishing line. whoopee (: Today was like that, one of them deadline days as usual. hahah. Friday, June 22, 2007 @ 12:53 am oh love's gonna get you down! today I went to RP with the rest to meet Justin fella, & we toured W1 and I had a jumbo cheesy hotdog, strawberry bubble tea, and banana & chocolate hot waffles along the way. yums la, they have good stuff there. and this evening I fell off the curb onto oncoming traffic at Gardens i am alive, but my poor laptop bounced from my arms onto the road (heartpain!), and i have a huge shitugly abration on my knee. i am a person who falls and creates very embarrassing situations for myself quite often, so if you are with me and something painfully embarrasing happens while we're in public, please dont laugh ok? have some heart. Thursday, June 14, 2007 @ 4:18 pm  Past 3 days & 3 nights of YouthVineyard retreat, and I hafta say it went absolutely superduperly great! learning so much, understanding my faith better and realizing clearly why I do what I'm doing, being healed and strengthened in so many ways.. It's hard to put it all down into words, and even the many pictures wont tell the whole story; but mainly, it was an experience that was just so so special, so full of blessings and surprises. & so mad too, might I add. Haha YV's so full of plain ol' madness and fun. GOOD TIMES! (: Thankyou YV; my fellow planners, yv-6. Praise God! I'm so glad at how everyone bonded over this entire retreat. Man, I miss them wonderful crazy people already! ♥ yeah and we've finally got our great tees. oh lovely lovely. :) - Note to self: Leave everything in His hands. Just give it a shot. If all goes well on the side of our school, hooray, Feli & I are gonna be interns working at Sentosa come september! ((: We were quite happy yesterday so we treated ourselves to Sakae Sushi & shopping! But the GSS is not doing its justice for me this year man; I couldn't find any loveatfirstsight work clothes to buy, and my F21 discount expired without me using it. Booo. Heels crashed my party yesterday too, hurt my feet like hell whilst we were shopping so I finally had to surrender and buy myself flipflops at Gap. They're pretty, but they're half a size too big and weren't even on sale lah. :( SIGHH WHAT IS THIS GSS FOR DUDE?! Haha. Don't feel much like studying for MAcct test man..psshhh. If only there were things like magic spells and knowledge pills. ..then again, knowing too much sometimes doesn't get you around too. Sunday, June 03, 2007 @ 11:18 pm fate changes everything  Saturday night was spent out with the girls! ((: twas supposed to be an ol' FATE outing to celebrate our 4th anniversary (since those lovely cat class days!), cept 10 of us reduced to only a 5-girls-night-out. rahh still'd fun anyway! hahaha. we dinnered at Oosters first - a whooping hundred plus dollar meal of mussels and beef stew and meatballs and loadsss of fries! yea I love that place man, I'd highly recommend it for good gatherings. :D in that quaint lil place we sat and reminized and ate and drank to our hearts content, yay!    I was in a pretty happy mood all night. Loved my dress! :DD  wheee!     hahaha. boy, nights like these are just so full of..  ..LOVE!! ;] Kay, so its one week away from the big yv retreat. Lookin forward to that.. The week ahead's gonna be filled with so much to do though! Beginning with tomorrow..an internship interview. fingers crossed! Its something I reaaaally hope I'll be able to do man. Update soon! |
