shaggedalic week, ballz. its the end of the first month of the year already! gah, the exams are looming ahead too. and that'll be the end of good ol' year2. gee how fast.
my trusty laptop's been irritating people with its slowness lately. including me.. imagine banging and yellin in frustration at the poor thing and calling up someone to whine and sob about it when all it's doing is innocently stoning-ly sitting there. (picture big round puppy dog eyes looking sadly back at you) sigghhh. poor vaio darling lah, i love you still but you are damnn damn slow leh %$&%(^!$# ! so much for the joys of finally dl-ing Ares last week anyway, i think its the one behind all this problem/conflict now. lol
today during tuition, i was randomly singing some chinese new year song tt everybody's taught in primary school la. he xin nian or smthing like tt. this Jim ah, gave me a wierd look and said "you dont teach english la you also not good one. i think you teach music better, you always sing sing sing!" pffftt!!! kids ah kids ah. hahaha.
hehe. then I had a good "homecooked" dinner with the sucker! def not the one I was expecting (it was super cheat-my-feelings la i tell you), but okay it made me THISSSSSS! happy nonetheless. esp after today's long day. hahaha (: thanks ah!
bus rides at 8-ish in the morning can be quite a painful way to start the day, methinks. one double-decked bus is sardine-packed usually with the silly people who are almost gonna be late for work. and the air smells of fresh-printed inky chinese newspapers, cheekopek-(looking) ahpek smells, and sweat from those who ran for their buses. yuck yuck & eww. i've never really noticed this HORRID atmosphere until today, whilst caught in the jam heading towards school. yeah balls, that sucks.
school was such sleepiness today. everybody took turns sleeping in class. yawnzzz.
managed to catch this during Travel Leisure tut though. "..Only when every single tree has been cut down and all the rivers run dry, will Man realise that money can't be eaten." Wise words to ponder, hmmmm.
so yep money can't be eaten, but it still never fails to help bring biggrins! $116 worth of grins to be precise, so heartpain but oohhh so simply happy! wa, after-school time was completely the opposite of the earlier parts of the day. sigh, jing tian de shou huo zhen hao ah! :D :D :D

found out two ex-classmates of mine are currently teachers of my sister at sjc. one being a very very old primary school classmate (i havent spoken to her since p4 ok!), im pretty surprised she actually remembers me and even recognizes claire to be my sis man! and the other's emily la, hahaha i remember so many funny times with her in 4integrity, though we weren't very close. oh and how she helped me write out chinese words i didnt know when i had to do bloody retarded chinese essays. nostalgic days when i still took chinese, hurhur.
yea anyway, its bit wierd, knowing your fellow batch friends are teaching your sister i think? not like jus tuition-teacher informal kinda thing, but Subject Teacher man.. history, chem, complicated stuff like that. i could only imagine sucha thing happening say like ten years down, if i had a kid and she went to some sch and her lovely p1 form teacher was like some longtimeback old friend of mine. hahaha! now i think of those two teacher-friends of mine, and.. lol okay it really is bit strange to me ah.
oh wells! everybody, here's advice of the day! better treat all your friends nice now, wait one fine day they become your kids' teacher or principal or discipline mistress (or even your own boss!), wa then don't regret then man. hahahaha! :D
two quite disgruntled people during project work. haha (: this week's been bit maddening with the workload man. thank god for american idol nights again, and for Borat with the guys to start my weekend last night, hilarious shit!

geez its been raining cats and dogs and monkeys and lions and pigs this week, hasn't it! very sneaky weather, never can tell what its gonna be like the next hour, though for today its jus been non stop rain after rain after rain (no, nothing to do with that silly singer. grr!). haha this week my bright red handy umbrella has like become my second best companion, wooo! fridays this term are big deadline days. so now there's real true meaning to Thank-God-Its-Friday!, esp after 5pm. haha. commskills journal just up today! phew. but this morn was travelleisure test and arghh, it sucked onemillionthousandtimes. well i also finally attended the lecture today, rare! usually there isn't school for me on fridays because i like it that way. heehee
slacky whacky afternoon with jared, haha then we popped down to gardens to have teatime prata. the curly hair RK uncle doesnt like us, i can tell. smack him lahhh. anyway then it was to justin's this friday night, we chilled out and the guys got hooked on the playstation whilst i cheered em on and feasted on our big macs-delivery feast. happy birthday cheesecake fer mark after, and they rounded up with some crazy ghost photo-taking game. Boyyyss. hahaha ok ok thats the end of my Fryday special!

I have had it up to HERE with this whole effing wonky internet connection that's repeatedly throwing me out of msn and jamming all my downloads. cheeebs lah! fix those bloody wires already people! pffftt i am so i-dont-know-whats-the-word-fer-it but if i were in a bloody cartoon you'd see my face swell and turn that shade of boiling red and there'll be steam puffing out my ears like choot choot choot! ahahahaha
oh and today, I also bloody walked home drenched and barefooted in the bloody heavy rain cos my bloody slippers kept making me bloody trip in all the bloody moronic fatso puddles and that made the bloody security guard stare and give me a 'you mad ah' look. see lah, all because my bloody umbrella's still with a sucky somebody!
grrrrrr. ok ok sorry ah, an angsty day today is. lets breathe.
I had design sch's chicken cutlet with nacho cheese for lunch though. and Steffie passed me a bottle of VictoriaSecret's body spray too, woot yay. and I found out today tt Claire's s1 camp instructors are like, my ex sec one campers all grown up now awww!..and that made me feel fuzzy wuzzy. lol! (:

2007, YO!
hahaha I totally missed my end-of-year post yesterday! well alright, just for annual tradition, here it goes. 2006 has been good to me, in an unobvious and a 'just right' kinda way. strange how I don't exactly have major milestones in the last 12 months to show that by, but I jus reminised by looking through my Picasa folders and my archived entries, and come to think of it, its the little things that make each year so worth remembering.
I kinda typed out a whole chunk of lil memories to summarize my entire last year, but I just decided that it was better that I didnt. A new year should be faced fresh and forward! ((: But for whatever 2006 brought, I think Im still most grateful, like every year, for the people who made the year what it was. New treasured people that '06 brought, old friends that I never really knew before but only had the chance to appreciate and love so much this year, lovely pals from yesteryears who still bring fond memories and so much cheer and never fail to make me smile, and the bestest of golden friends and special ones, those whom I know'll last me a lifetime. eyecandies, classmates, my kid Jim!, YouthVineyard, cousins. even my family.. whom I've done so much mad stuff and fun things with, I think I've learnt to appreciate more. so PEOPLE! you all rock! >:]
Last night was spent at East Coast with the guys and Jamie. and after midnight and all the red flares from the ships at sea, we made our new year resolutions. so yeaa.. to spend less on online shopping I have to do! :D yes i'll bloody keep to it even though i've said it a million times before la hokay, dont doubt me. hahaha
Kay I kinda dont wanna look back or look too far forward for now. Im happy at present, and maybe things are the way they are fer a reason. Its better to jus take each day as each day comes isn't it? lol. Happy first day of the year everyone, and lets hope it'll be a good, peaceful one.
