Friday, July 30, 2004 @ 6:38 pm an update of today - firstly, i sprained my ankle!! ooohhmyygawwwdd it hurts damn bad kkaes! :X tripped over some stupid step at gardens and plopped down on my ankle. ouchie. so right now there's a biiig huge swell on my ankle and i cant walk fer nuts. let alone limp. well this is a first time experience fer me and geez i hope it neva ever EVER happens again.. jared happened to be with me when i fell, cos we were gonna go have lunch. so instead that sweetsweet boy helped me limp all the way home from gardens with my stuff. awww. :)) -mwahhh so while i rotted in pain waiting to go see the sinseh, i just watched ella enchanted at home! its sucha niice fairytale-ish movie! yupps..some might find it childish but honestly, its real sweet. storyline's good. hahaha and darn hilarious too. go catch it! proud of myself. i've actually done a reasonable amount of studying this week than before. emaths physics social studies chemistry and i finally completed my biology notes! all 22 chapters. yippie. lets jus hope i am prepared for the prelims. everyday gets more monotonous by the hour. its jus revise revise revise and memorise. sighh. at least today's "incidents" brought about some interesting change to a would-have-been-mudane week. Tuesday, July 27, 2004 @ 3:50 pm i feel like slapping my principal. roar. she promised us absense from school so we could study fer prelims. next thing she says she'll only allow us if our parents write a letter. so we produce the letter. and today, that woman made mrs lim call up every one who had permission not to come today, and tell them that they HAD to come back to school tomorrow, without fail. so yes, lets all thank dolly chan fer her concern over our prelims. sooo pissed!! anywaes there were only twelve people in class today. lolx..and it was pretty alright cos we sure got all the help we wanted. yupps. ate plentiful sweets and just did maths maths bio and maths all day.. and i am absolutely tired now. for assembly some chinese wayang group came to perform dont see much of it nowadays. the jumping and leaping and fighting with bamboo and sword stuff..quite cool. and it was funny! esp when they were teaching some teachers and pupils some stunts. ladidums. hmms my bro's birthday yesterday. gave him the headphones he wanted. aint i nice? :) had dinner at swensens on sunday and a nicenice yummy cookie cheese cake last evening. cheese cake is gooood! countdown to prelims: five days yikes. how how how ?!?!???!! sighh. i'm outta here. Saturday, July 24, 2004 @ 10:00 am hi ya'll. sarah's back to blog. so yup. this week's been fine..gearing up for prelims. its getting boring just sitting down and putting stuff in my brain and writing notes but yeah like what choice do i have. oh and not to forget, i've got a mountain of schoolwork to complete at the same time. blahs. school's driving me bonkers. celebrated racial harmony day on tuesday. well sort of. singapore dance ensemble and some multi racial dance group came to perform for us but that was about all. booorrring. oh then my cousin was born on wednesday! baby timothy. wahahaha he's sucha tiny bundle..damn adorable!! yupps. he's got tiny hands tiny toes and a teeny lil smile.. ahahaha cutie. :) my class was gonna persuade mrs chan to let us have a one week break from school next week, to consolidate our facts and complete revision without extra work from school before prelims. that principal of ours nicely agreed on thursday, but the very next day she turnt into a witch along with the das and didnt allow us. rahhhh. some principal. =X dad came back from batam yesterday. with lots more dvds! yayyness. but i've got to wait til goodness-knows-when to watch them. boo. went to jared's place yesterday and we had a sushi picnic! hohoho..yummeh. mmhmm. then studied a bit there too before going home. i miss eating sushi. and i miss that boy too. happy birthday jolyn!! *mwahh- i like these colours thingy on blogger. Wednesday, July 07, 2004 @ 4:00 pm went to the dental bus today. hohoho..its amazing how two dental chairs, seats, a sterilizing oven, sinks, and tables and all can fit into one blue bus. which i may add, looks damn retarded with the smiley teeth. anyway. i had no cavities! nice sparkling white teeth now. :D gawd but my stomach was churning so bad when i sat watching jesmine get her teeth cleaned. the sound of the drill and the cleaning thingamajig absolutely gets to me. ah wells. but i know someone more afraid of the dentist than me. so nooo worries. *winks- did some titration during chem today with the pure chem people. i so hope it doesnt come out fer sub chem practical! wont go into details.. haiyo! but it was terrible enough la. -shakes head- finished using the whole bottle of chemical before i even finished the darn experiment cos i had to keep redoing it. made too many mistakes with the damned burette. and that crazed red colour gawd-noes-what-its-called thing. bahhh. dan brown's good. and his books are superb.. im reading angels and demons now. hooked!
