Good afternoon,
Another post! On a roll.
The Play Date Cafe colors were different this week, I thought. So I definitely wanted to give it a try!
My CTMH colors used are: Juniper, New England Ivy, Orchid Bouquet, and Lilac Mist. I used a stamp set from My Mind's Eye, Miss Caroline collection for the butterflies and the sentiment is from the Papertrey Ink's Happy Hexagons set. The bling is from Michael's.
After stamping my butterflies, I used a craft knife to trim around the top set of wings on each butterfly. As a result, they seem to be fluttering off the page with those top wings popped up. I like that it added a 3-D effect without adding more bulk to the card.
Thanks for looking -- Have a safe and enjoyable holiday weekend!
