Right before Thanksgiving break, I had a bombardment of students telling me where they were going for Thanksgiving and who they were going to see. It was fun to hear how excited they were to visit family and friends.
One particularly cute child said, "Miss Winward, guess what? I get to go to my grandma's house and guess what, I am so excited because she has a BIG bag of tatertots in her freezer! I am so excited! Isn't that cool!"
I quickly made a mental note, that if I ever become a grandma, I am to have a HUGE bag of tatertots in my freezer :-) so that my grandchildren will think I am cool!
