Blue and pink is one of my (many) favorite color combinations, so I topped my sky blue card with sweet pink and pristine white. Wild Orchid Crafts pinks are irresistible. ♥︎

Gorgeous Pink Mist Cottage Roses called to me for this occasion. They are exceptionally beautiful, especially for a romantic card. Nestled amongst them are a variety of flowers, blossoming in love. ♥︎ Miniature Sweetheart Blossoms are too adorable for words, so I tucked in a few.

A stunning Filigree Metal Corner brings a touch of shiny elegance, while Pink Tulip vintage seam binding adds a ruffle of softness. ♥︎

"GDT-WOC" Diploma Tilda - 4 th-Graduate Collection 2015

Hi there!

Today I am back again as a guest DT at WOC.

And I'm so happy to be the GDT in this amazing DT team.

Today I show a card that I made early this summer for a friend.

Wishes was that the card would be in Pink tones.

I chose to use the "Diploma Tilda from the 4th-Graduate Collection 2015"

I've painted her with Distress Ink.

I used Bazzill cardstock "Kraft",

and the sweet pattern paper from Maja Design.

The Die comes from Go Kreate.

I have color "Diploma Tilda  from 4th-Graduate collection 2015"

with Distress ink.

The color i have used are:

Vintage Photo, Tattered Rose,  Antique Linnen, Black Soot, 

Aged Mahogany.

" For Johanna" I have used a die from Tim Holtz

Some flowers in different pieces and colors make me so happy.

Love the beautiful Roses from WOC.

Some of my own stuff, and decorations that i have used on this card is:

halfpearls, cheesecloth, lace, cake paper and lace flowers.

The Film strip comes from Tim Holtz.

 I usually paint on my flowers with white color.

I think it is so beautiful.

Under my flowers, I usually add a little Sissel.

Hey Guys, my name is Vick and i am a 40 something crafter & artist. I am happily married to my soulmate John & we live with our Bichon Frise dog, & 3 cats! I have always been crafting in some form or another, starting with embroidery at the age of 4, yes 4! Since being retired from nursing through ill health, I found myself at home all the time and one particular day my darling husband had bought me a card making kit from a craft shop. That day a monster was created! Ha! That was 9 years ago & my craft supplies have taken over the house, and even though I still make the odd cards, I am at my happiest when I am altering something, stamping, or painting on canvas. I am also loving mixed media too! Spring pastels

I love pretty spring pastel colours, so here’s a card showcasing those colours.

The filigree corner, cottage rose, cherry blossoms and open roses – 20mm, 15mm as well as the lace and seam binding are all from Wild Orchid Crafts.

 

Purple and green

Here´s my challengecard for this week, purple and green :) I have used papers from Maja Design and text from Kort og Godt. Doilydie is from Cheery Lynn and wreath from Memory Box. 

All embellishments are from the wonderful store of Wild Orchid Crafts: Self Adhesive Pearls, Organza Rose Trim, Decorative Metal Corners(painted with white acrylic paint), Trellis Roses, Open Roses and Lilies.

Hi, today I have a really green tag to show you. 

I love this green color...it's make me happy...like spring :o))

The tag is distresset with distress stain - mowed lawn, and peeles paint...

plus perfect pearls - sour apple and water.

Hi there everyone.

Here's a Christmas card I made a couple weeks ago. I really love it. The little silver bells are so sweet and they really make a little noise. I used my new pointsettia blooms. I love how I can use the Wild Orchid Crafts pearl brads in the center and always make them a little different.
