Stamp Review Crew - Apron of Love Edition

I cannot BELIEVE that it has been TWO YEARS since I hopped withy friends on the Stamp Review Crew. And not only am I stamping and hopping with them ... I got my days mixed up so now I am LATE with them!! (I thought that this post was to go up TOMORROW night instead of TONIGHT!! Oh what a GOOBER I feel like NOW!!!

In any event, I got to pull out the super FUN Apron of Love Bundle.  Stamp, dies ... every single piece is A-DOR-A-BLE!! And I'm gonna be honest ... I'm not exactly SURE what a "best friend ever" would want to receive a card with an apron on it would signify.  PERHAPS one of all-y'all should make me a PIE or a CAKE or some other such delectable treat ... THEN I could send you this fun little card as a THANK YOU!! It's a WIN-WIN, isn't it???

Stamps: Apron of Love
Paper: Night of Navy, Crumb Cake, Real Red, Whisper White, Silver Foil, Tranquil Tides DSP
Ink: Night of Navy, Real Red
Accessories: Apron Builders Framelits Dies, Stitched Rectangles Thinlits Dies, Stitched Rectangles Dies

Cute ....

And SUPER CUUUUTE, right???

Stamp Review Crew - SAB Free for All Edition

The struggle is REAL! I had what I thought was a GREAT idea for the card I was going to make for this week's edition of the Stamp Review Crew. I KNOW I ordered the stamp set I wanted to use ... in fact, I have ordered TWO of them. The problem??? They are SOMEwhere in the disaster area aka my craft room (which needs some SERIOUS attention that I haven't been able to give it since the holes in the ceiling from the flood last month finished being repaired last weekend!). I spent FOREVER looking and looking ... and then ended up using Delicate Details instead (a set I ALSO love!)!!

Going with the "monochrome" look again on this card. And I used the "Gently Falling" textured impressions embossing folder to add some dimension to the succulent flower I cut out with my Succulent Framelits dies (another new favorite!!)! The pretty and sparkly ribbon is ALSO a Sale-a-Bration option for earning (I used the gold, but there is also SILVER!!)!!

Stamps: Delicate Details
Paper: Mint Macaron
Ink: Mint Macaron
Accessories: Succulents Framelits, Project Life Corner Rounder Punch, 3/8" Metallic Ribbon Combo Pack (Gold), Linen Thread, Pearl Basics, Softly Falling Textured Impressions Embossing Folder

I stacked four different images from this beautiful stamp set all together on my clear block ... which means it was oh-so-easy to stamp them straight!!!

I have set aside my entire day on Tuesday to start digging stamp sets out of the miles and miles of piles and piles that are in my craft room ... since you are seeing it here in black and white, I am going to make myself accountable!!!

Stamp Review Crew - Endless Thanks Edition

What a crazy weekend I had!!! SOOOO much busy!!! SUPER glad I got to regroup and take a little time to stamp for this week's Stamp Review Crew Blog Hop. We are all playing with Endless Thanks (LOVELOVELOVE this set ... am SO sad that I recently "lost" the "best" script-y stamp ... it HAS to be in my stamp cave SOMEwhere!)!

This set is SO much fun!!! You can mix and match so many of the images in it to make such purdy things!!! I think the Peekaboo Peach is one of my most favoritist new In Colors. I really enjoyed matching it with and "older" In Color (Watermelon Wonder) and a couple of Stampin' Up "staple" colors (Pear Pizzazz And Daffodil Delight).

Stamps: Endless Thanks
Paper: Whisper White, Basic Black, Pear Pizzazz, 2016-2018 In Color DSP Stack
Ink: Peekaboo Peach, Pear Pizzazz, Watermelon Wonder, Daffodil Delight, Basic Black
Accessories: Pearl Basics, Basic Black Baker's Twine

SEE WHAT I MEAN??? I LOVE the images!!! I LOVE the script-y sentiments that you can pair with the typed sentiments. I think it was the first set I bought when it came out a couple years ago.

So ... how CUTE is THIS??? My nephew is marrying my daughter's BFF (she introduced them over a year ago). And, as of last weekend, my daughter is engaged to marry my nephew's BFF (he introduced my daughter to his friend a year ago last March). They are going to make YEARS and YEARS of memories together. And now my daughter's BFF will be her "cousin-in-law" ... Hehehehe!

The "previous" button will take you to the wonderfully-amazing Rochelle Blok, and the "next" button to oh-so-incredible Holly Krautkremer!!

Stamp Review Crew - Flower Shop Edition

How can this be POSSIBLE??? TWO posts in ONE day???? What in the WORLD has come over me???? Well, since I REALLY wanted to play along with my friends from the Stamp Review Crew, I knew I would have to get myself pulled together ... the only problem is that I ran the Wasatch Back Ragnar Friday and Saturday, and TODAY is Father's Day ... but I MADE IT!!!

Luckily for me, I had this card already DONE!! I was SOOOO thrilled when I learned that the lovely "Flower Shop" stamp set would be carrying over to this year's catalog ... this was ALSO one of my OnStage samples ... and I LOVE the Emerald Envy with the Flirty Flamingo. My bedroom when I was 5 years old had pink walls and antiqued green furniture, so I have always had a "thing" for pinks and greens together!!

Stamps: Flower Shop, Endless Thanks
Paper: Emerald Envy, Flirty Flamingo, Whisper White, 2016-2017 InColor DSP Stack
Ink: Flirty Flamingo, Emerald Envy
Accessories: Layering Ovals Framelits, Pansy Punch, Petite Petals Punch, It's My Party Enamel Dots (sorry for the "cheat" ... these were from the newly-expired Occasions Mini and I couldn't resist using them!)

What's NOT to love about these happy flowers??? If you don't have this set, YOU MUST get it!!

I need to sign up for another race ... I'm thinking the Deseret News Half Marathon again (it's on July 25) ... I have officially become a running junkie!!! I just need more HOURS in my day!

The "previous" button will take you to incredible Shana Gaff, and the "next" button to super-awesome Heidi Baks my fellow race junkie (she does it on BIKES though ... and she is WICKED fast!)!

I'm not quite so sure WHY I have had the HARDEST time cleaning up my craft room ... NOT kidding!!! It's been a mess since about mid-December (NOT kidding!)!! I'm sure I would be blogging and posting a LOT more than I have been ... maybe I will do that after I finish typing up this blog post??? Wouldn't that be AWESOME???

Stamps: Botanicals for You (SAB)
Paper: Basic Gray, Whisper White, Perfectly Artistic DSP (SAB)
Ink: Basic Gray

Still running ... a LOT!! But this past week has been SO hard because of the inversion ... ugh!!! Saturday I ran a 10K with some of my running besties! I actually set a personal best for myself ... in SPITE of air that was practically CHEWABLE!!!

Stamp Review Crew - Endless Birthday Wishes Edition

It's been a while since I had the opportunity to play along with my friends on the Stamp Review Crew. SO happy to have the chance to join in this week with the Endless Wishes review!

Ok ... so my next-door neighbor STILL has his Christmas lights up ... this is the SAME neighbor who put up said-same Christmas lights the DAY after Halloween!!! I went outside to take a photo of my card (which, I am ashamed to admit, was a "last-second" thing ... the sun was already going down and the lighting was AWFUL ... which is why this is a photo I took with my photo box) ... and I was having a difficult time trying to take a photo that did NOT have Christmas lights in the background!!! Sigh ... but my neighbor is awesome and Christmas lights are happy, so what's to NOT like, right???

Stamps: Endless Birthday Wishes
Paper: Bermuda Bay, Daffodil Delight, Real Red, Whisper White
Ink: Basic Black, Bermuda Bay, Real Red, Daffodil Delight
Accessories: Ovals Framelits Dies, Confetti Textured Impressions Embossing Folder, Banner Punch, Bitty Banners Framelits Dies, Bermuda Bay 1/8" Stitched Ribbon, It's My Party Enamel Dots, It's My Party Designer Washi Tape, Project Life Corner Rounder Punch, Bermuda Bay Sequin Trim

This set is SO fabulous ... I like the TONS of combos you can put together with the sentiments. YAY!!

I am also in FULL GEAR with my marathon training!! I did a 13+ mile run over the weekend! I'm happy that I can actually run THAT far, but I am STILL feeling a bit freaked that 13 miles is only HALF of what I'm going to have to do!!! Keep trudging along ...

The "previous" button will take you to the ever-so-talented Debra Burgin, and the "next" button to super-awesome Rochelle Blok!!
