Hello Whimsical Crafters. A big thank you to all who came out and joined in our Halloween Blog Hop. It was so nice to read all the wonderful comments about the projects and the design team, it sure is appreciated.  I am going to announce all the winners but first onto our challenge. This week our challenge is all about the treats and fun ways to package them up. We are still using Patsy's ribbon on our projects. This is our last challenge in a series of four. Once the four challenges are over, all the names will be combined for those challenges and you will have the chance to win a pack of 8 1/2X11 Stampin' Up cardstock.
