let me say something. i just chatted with aaron. and he made me puked A LOT of times. HAHAHAHA! funny la. didn't know he, uh, gossips. haha!! he said after 2 years my suanning technique improve a lot. thank you! haha but i said it's because i was talking to HIM! a, uh, cute and handsome guy. hahaha! really ar, haha talking to him makes me laugh. seeing him getting agitated at some things i said. HAHA. my mother thought i was crazy coz i was looking at my monitor and laughing. hahahaha. he asked if i was attached or single and i asked him back coz i was equally curious. (kpo actually :P) HAHA! what's so surprising about my answer? actually i am surprised about his too la. =P ok i don't want to say anymore already coz i want to stop puking. hahaha. anw, i saw kai qing again at the suntec bank today. 2nd time already! she asked me where i was working. then i asked her back. G2! icic. no wonder keep seeing her when i need to bank in veeko's money. ahaha. the world is small~

whee! last wed had steamboat at jieling's house!!! her house is really very homely.. 有家的感觉. =) her family is so close-knitted and happy. i could feel it when i stepped into her home. and dearest jieling was so nice and sweet to treat all of the dancers to steamboat! my, i love her loads. haha so as expected, all of us ate like pigs muahahaha. and xinyi was the first to open her mouth to the quail eggs! she couldn't resist it! haha!!! by the way, i was really very happy to have my first reunion dinner this year with them because they're really great people. i can totally lose control when i'm with them coz we laugh like hyenas hahahaha. so loud until we were afraid her neighbours will come knocking on the door =P everything we say is funny. hahaha. the food was really really nice and also at a very cheap price. jieling's family was great. i love all of those present that night! we ate steamboat then we chatted abit. jieling's room is so clean and cozy. and so sweet coz of all her gifts from her sweeeeeeeeeeEEET boyfriend!!!! her bf is the sweetest on earth. after chatting my lovely dancers actually took out a cake!!! to celebrate siping's and my birthday. omg they're so sweet! it was such a surprise and i was really touched. hugged all of them. haha it has always been cool to share a birthday with someone like siping. coz we're both left-handers, equally short, and CRAZY! haha! i'm her big sister coz i was born at 4am and she at 12pm. cool huh! :D we were arguing who's taller and who's fatter. hahaha. it was really a great outing. can't love them enough! and.. cuishan my girlfriend gave me a kiss. sweet! i was shocked! haha. her birthday i'll give her one too. anw did i say the chocolate cake was delicious? it's covered with thick thick chocolate! yummy. =) thanks arlana, jieling, siping, cuishan, jancy, josephine and xinyi!! we're going out on thursday too! east coast picnic yea!! back! finally got time to blog. been working for 7 days a week. which means no rest day at all. at first i didn't know it's a big deal holding 2 jobs at a time but those who know i do ALL asked me, "do you really lack money?" all of them were so shocked and some shook their head. haha so funny la. no wonder i'm so tired these days and i dunno why. now i do. guess the workload is a little too much for me. both jobs aren't easy.. nvm, i can do it! with cuishan around, nothing is too lonely. right girlfriend? hahaha.

novotel job on the previous sat was really awful. service was slow overall and the manager sean blamed it on all the waiters and waitresses when it's actually because of the guests. troublesome guests until jancy felt so depressed and cuishan and i were pretty upset. as if that wasn't enough, sean actually lectured us using F words all the way. the scoldings were awfully insulting. and he scolded us until we were released late. the worst thing was, we missed the last train. so we requested for taxi reimbursement but sean just gave us another scolding. li shuang tried to help us but can't. then he appeased my anger by throwing back the F word at the manager. hahaha! for the first time i was so happy when someone used that word. hmm so in the end we took night rider coz if we take taxi our day's earnings will be poof! gone. it was so late cuishan jo and i decided to stay over at jancy's house :))) haha then i think we must have gone crazy coz we actually watched 13 going on 30 until 4 plus am before going to sleep on jancy's sofa bed. so cozy to sleep together!!! :)) the next morning went home before meeting up with cheryl, pamela and yongyong! that's why i was late coz too tired already. sorry lifelong friends! i'm so glad i went to meet you all coz i really really miss ya girls. great to see you all after such a long time. =) haha let's meet up again when we can make it!

today after work cuishan and i went to eat waffles at gelare! super nice. but i almost exploded coz too full hahahha. it's very very nice. hee :D tmr got to work again. i can feel the weariness in me everytime before i go to work. i better go sleep now.
uncle dave and i had a super funny convo on the phone just now. hahahha! i think we're lame. love rivals.. HAHA!

i'm so surprised when i saw kenny's tag. somehow i felt a little sad. don't ask me why coz i don't know the reason too.

worked with cuishan at suntec veeko/wanko for the second day today :) haha after work we went out with uncle dave, li shuang and gary. ate at lau pa sat for dinner then went to drink soya bean. my bladder couldn't take it la! haha! haha actually it's a super funny dinner.. coz uncle dave wants to match-make us hahahaha. the four of us were so shy and embarrassed la! hahaha and he said he's a super big light bulb. but i'm glad he was there. we had vegetables, stingray, oyster omelette, chicken wings, fried rice and sugar cane drink for dinner. uncle dave kept nudging them to serve cuishan and me since they're waiters and should be pro. haha so.. shy! just wanted to be friends but in the end... hai, got tricked by uncle dave. then after that we chatted for a few hours at the nearby soya bean place and he just can't stop teasing the four of us. man! nevertheless i still like uncle dave coz he's really very nice to talk to and he treats me like his sister :) we chatted until my eyes were closing so we headed home :) li shuang and i chatted on the way home in the train and he really told me a lot of things about him and his past. so.. amazed. he really loves his 9 year old sister called tian tian :)) then haha super funny, he talked to me until he missed his stop. then i told him with a shocked expression but he said he's going to send me home. hahaha he's funny. after we exchanged our phone numbers at my house downstairs he smiled and said to me, "安全送你回家了". so sweet! his smile is forever so cute and mischievious. haha but guess being friends should be better. :) haha uncle dave la! i thanked him for the dinner anw coz he treated us. super nice "brother" of mine. :) love working at novotel!

haha i was the happiest yesterday night, apart from the bride. :P coz of two main reasons.. first reason, i was PROMOTED!!! from a drink server to a food server! hahaha! actually i wasn't supposed to be so happy since the dishes are all very heavy and it's more stressful. i was shocked in fact. suddenly i become a food server. then the second reason made me calm down a little.. because i was appointed to be li shuang's partner. haha it's so coincidental i dunno why. he gave me a sweet. =) he's very fast and efficient and he told me he will do most of the things so i can relax more. haha and jancy was our drink server! ;) with him around, we were the fastest team coz we're the first to serve each course! daniel admitted his team was the last hahaha funny! oh.. then here comes the scariest part of being a food server: the monstrous fish. li shuang and another experienced waiter made it all the more stressful. coz the both of them stood on the other side of the table while i was cutting the fish. the guests were looking at the fish and the 2 seniors were staring at how i'm going to cut it. it feels like an exam man. haha in the end, i managed to cut it successfully!!! the head is the most difficult, followed by the tail. then i took out half the bone of the fish and li shuang came over to help me :) after that he told me, "good job!" hahaha i was so happy. we were in charge of 4 tables and it's really a educational experience for me. haha yesterday i kept talking to the kitchen helper and the manager zul said don't talk to him so much coz he's ABC. HAHAHA. i want to be a better food server next time round! =)

i'm busy but i'm happy. i never knew working could be of such joy :) still, it's a pity i couldn't meet yongyong and cheryl coz of my work. ah yongyong! so long nvr see you already. soonsoon, i hope! love cheryl and her :) and pamela too!

haha by the way, i worked at Novotel on thursday too. first time worked there on a weekday coz normally it's just sats and suns and i realised, not everyone's there. li shuang wasn't present coz i think he needs to study too. i thought he was a full-timer! so that day no one took good care of me hahah. i was attached to another waitress and a waiter who is erm, cuishan will know the adjective. HAHAHA. he just did all the easy jobs like clearing small plates and glasses and left all the heavy jobs to me and the waitress!! omg.. we were so angry la. in the end i had to take over his job as a food server. being a food server make me feel so manly because every course comprises of an ENORMOUS plate or bowl containing food fit for 10 persons per table. hahaha i used all my strength. the customers empathised with me and asked if i could do it. hahah. i wasn't trained in cutting and deboning the fish and i had to do it that night! oh heavens! in the end i put up a fight with that big fish. ugh, disgusting. hahaha. i've learnt to appreciate li shuang even more. esp when that waiter only serve drinks which is my job! =( haha still got a lot of funny things lah but i can't say everything here. so that waitress and i had only each other to depend on that night. how ke lian.... but we were happy you know! coz at least we could help each other. =) and we joked a lot la! haha! she told me the waiter attached to us really very qian bian man... hahaha and i agree!! we were more man than him that night hahahah. then after that the both of us went to do some FUN things heehee. super funny la! tmr working there again, and li shuang should be there. yippee! sunday we have to reach 2 hours early. we didn't know why but today we figured out the hotel management is going to train us to serve food already. esp the scary fish. yes i can do it! ;) fishy fishy~~

wheeeeeeeeeeEEPS! today's huixin's BIG birthday!!! hahahaha. nvr meant to spent her big day today with her but cuishan and i did anyway!! it was supposed to be just jancy and her only :) haha it's super impromptu. hope she enjoyed her birthday celebration yeah? =)) and i guess her first ear piercing is super memorable to her!! jancy's great gift. plus the cupcakes. whoa. haha today went like this. we roamed around aimlessly (in circles actually) in j8 after we got a job in veeko/wanko thanks to jancy's aunt :D while we were waiting for the BIG birthday girl hahaha. then cuishan and i wanted to give huixin a surprise which is our PRESENCE. haha!! and jancy was so comical coz she tried to hide behind a pillar. but huixin found us anyway coz she says the pillar is thinner than jancy. haha! after that we went subway and i tried meatball marinara. WOW NICE!! haha. after crapping and laughing jancy eventually managed to say something she wanted to say. hahaha. then we shopped around.. and finally stopped at 77th street. hahah. so happy huixin didn't run away! :P after that exciting and scary happening we went to watch alvin and the chipmunks!!! so CUTE! cuishan and i love simon and peter said before theodore looks like jancy!!! HAHAHA! it's really a very cute show :) hope huixin enjoyed her 19th birthday! i know she did coz she had fun laughing at my shirt. haha! i will never ever wear that shirt out again. :)

hope pamela's feeling a little better, a little, just a little. because a heartache hurts so deeply. just cry all you want, you'll feel better after that.. no matter how long it takes to heal, friends and family will be there for you to give you comfort.

just showered after work. i worked at Novotel hotel again today. and, i worked with him again too. li shuang :) so lucky! because he really takes care of me. the way he looked so concerned when he asked if i was tired and i said yes. he even helped me take the glasses to the kitchen today. why is he so nice man. haha anyway, today's a great day coz i managed to eat some of the wedding dinner food. oops =P haha with some great help from a kitchen helper!! he fed me PRAWN la!! so sinful right :P coz prawn is good food. he deshelled for me somemore. hahahaha. the 2nd time i went into the kitchen he asked me, "want to drink shark fin?" hahaha!!! the way he asked was like as if shark fin was water. this time i said no coz shark fin is so expensive. i'd feel guilty. the 3rd time i went in he handed me a pair of chopsticks and asked me to eat the cold plate dish. hahahah!!! i'm so lucky today. i stole 2 spoonfuls of yam paste too heehee. i feel so pampered today:)))) i look forward to working at Novotel again!! :)

i met farah and hida TODAY :D before i went for dance. i love them!!!! hahaha. farah's going to be the principal of aj and hida the vice principal. cool :D haha i'm going to visit them tmr ;) it's so fun eating with them!! hahaha. although it's just 2 hours, it's really a great time with them. we are the BEST TAU HUAY GANG. yeye! ahahaha. miss the both of you =( keep in contact yeah? =)))))

haha it's funny when farah imitated what i said in my blog about ashton. so paiseh! i didn't know she reads my blog. hahaha. i'm going to read farah's blog now. heh heh. oh yeah! i finally found ashton's friendster yesterday. so happy =) i will support him whenever he has any matches from now on. perhaps i'll bring pompoms. hahahah. i'm too shy to add him a comment. =P

FRIENDS! i was SO HIGH yesterday!!!! or rather, today morning? coz it's HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! and, i didn't go home at 3am =P i reached home at 7am coz i was so high partying at Sanobar after work with jewel, jo, jancy, cuishan, xinyi, ming xuan, leonard, the sec 4 peeps and everyone at the bar!!!! it's a very cozy restaurant actually with sofa, curtains, stools.. it's like somebody's big house!! and there's some space for DANCING!!! woohoo! we danced like mad. and ashley the lovely bartender concocted a fruity cocktail for all of us =) i like her a lot! she's sososo friendly and everytime we order drinks on behalf of our customers she'll smile at us while preparing the drinks. =))) haha back to the cocktail, josephine actually got drunk leh! her face was like 50 degree celcius because it was burning hot. then she was leaning on xinyi's and my shoulder. haiyoyo! haha she can get so drunk because of cocktail. but after that i guess the extremely sour lime juice made her a little more sober :) haha after all the customers left we danced like mad and the manager sprayed beer on all of us!! in the end all of us smelled like drunkards even though we didn't drink that much. haha my girl friends said the way i danced was totally unexpected of me so they were quite shocked but entertained ahahaha. i can't remember some of my dance steps leh but i don't think i was drunk lo. coz i only drank the cocktail :) hahah mingxuan danced until very funny too. like monkey. HAHHAHA. he looked a little drunk after drinking beer. leonard started throwing cushions at us so i tried to suffocate him with one. heh xD i wasn't drunk ok! just mad =D hahaha all of us really went wild that night and partied the whole place upside down! so funnnnnnn =) oh yeah before that when we were clearing up the place after the customers left we sneaked into the kitchen to eat the delicious leftovers. the stewed mutton was juicy. yum. heehee! lebanese cuisine is heavenly! ((= if you have any special occasions, go to Sanobar because it's very homely. and you can parrtyyyy!! the best thing was, at 12 midnight we could go out and admire the spectacular fireworks in the open sky! my first extremely close encounter with fireworks by the river with the crowds! they're practically bursting right above me. how beautiful! it's especially wonderful when i'm viewing all these with my dear friends and screaming with excitement together. truly a great working experience. we were so high that we wished everyone we see "happy new year!!" Sanobar has belly dancing too haha. nice! played secret number in the restaurant(loser drinks, of course! ;) until it closed at 3am then we sat on the floor by the river to play truth or dare. the dares are really funny hahhaha. after that walked to marina square and by then, all of us are yawning already :) waited for the morning train and home sweet home! 7am =O i love all my jobs so far!
