- Reservations are only allowed up to 36 hours. After which, items will be released without prior notice.
- Exchanges, returns and refunds will not be entertained by Vibrant Swirls.
- However, if you receive any item that is faulty, kindly contact us and we will definitely compensate you accordingly.
- Prices are fixed and non-negotiable.
- We will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged parcels during delivery.
- Payment through Maybank and CIMB is accepted.

- We will only use Pos Laju & Registered Post services for national delivery.
- Pos Laju Charges:
- 1-2 pieces: RM6 (WM), RM8 (EM)
- 3-4 pieces: RM8 (WM), RM10 (EM)
- *prices for bags & shoes will vary depending on size and weight of item.
- Registered Postage Charges:
- 1-2 pieces: RM3.50 (WM), RM4.50 (EM)
- 3-4 pieces: RM5 (WM), RM6 (EM)
- International Postage Charges:
- 1-2 pieces: RM15-20 (Australia & France)
- 3-4 pieces : RM25-35 (Australia & France)
