Anyway, I managed to watch the latest James Bond 007 movie in Paradigm GSC with my friends after work yesterday.

It was a nice action movie with so so storyline. You know~ those same old James Bond 007 storyline. 

Anyway, i found it is worth watching. 

On watching the Big Hero 6 in 3D

Since Monday evening i don't have conference call and i was not fully recovered from the Penang Bridge International Marathon - 10km run. I decided to pay a visit to TGV OneU to watch the Big Hero 6 in 3D.

Many of my friends said it is a good movie. As this is an animated movie, i have to get this off my list fast before the school holiday starts. Just don't want to share the cinema with those kids that asking lots of questions during the movie.

Worse case is the Mommy and Daddy still reply to their kids... Sigh~

Anyway, back to the movie... Should i continue to tell the story. Hmmm... don't wanna to be the spoiler i think better not. Someone will be screaming if I continue to blog about the movie. Okay, i just stop with a trailer eh~

Go ahead and watch this movie, I personally think it is nicely done as an animation especially the white bit fat robot, Baymax. Oops~

Hey, after watching this movie, it kind of giving me some thought of, is there really having this kind of dimensions and relativity theory... or just a science fictions? What do you think?

I was watching INTERSTELLAR last Friday with my friend at Paradigm Mall. I didn't expect it was a nearly 3hrs movie. Although the movie is lengthy but i did not looking forward for the movie to end. The storyline is quite good and it was a surprise ending to me.

Not to be a spoiler as i know a lot of my readers might not watch the movie yet. I would like to recommend you to watch it and let me know what do you think about those science related question they bought out in the movie...

Movie Marathon : 2 actions, 1 Horror

It has been long time i haven't run the Movie Marathon... Yes! I usually do this during winter back in Canada. I even do 3 movies back to back and sometime four movies. 

Movie Marathon within one day was very tired especially the eyes got tired and sometime if you are watching the thriller movie which need more focus / thinking... After these movie, your brain already drained. 

I was doing the Movie Marathon with my friend for the first time in Malaysia. We only managed to watch 2 movies back to back (Saturday night) and another one on the next day (Sunday night). 

Saturday Evening

We were watching Dracula Untold and Outcast back to back at The Strand, Kota Damansara. 

I think the Dracula Untold in IMAX might be very nice as he flied like a bat to fight for his people in the country he rules.

Outcast is sucks as the action was not interesting and the story line was not impressive too. Very plain and i nearly doze off. 

Sunday Evening 

We were watching Annabelle at Pavilion KL.

Annabelle scary... I think Conjuring more scary than Annabelle. The scary part was just so so with some scary part but not like Conjuring, the scary part continue to scary the audience. 

Anyway, it's a good Movie Marathon with my friends... And a good chill out for this long weekend.

The Journey 一路有你

The Journey 一路有你 - A local production... yes~ Made in Malaysia. This local production has brought thousands and thousands of Malaysian rush to the cinema and watch it. Guess what? I have watched this movie twice... First with my colleagues and last Wednesday i watch it with Ant.

To my surprise, the 2030 session in Hall 2 of GSC paradigm mall was full house. Paradigm GSC was a nice cinema and well known for its less crowded place for movie. But The Journey has broken the record of the less patrons cinema.

I don't want to be a movie spoiler... So go ahead to watch this nice local production...

 

Minions -

Few weeks back i was studying for my mid-term. When i took a break from my study, i was dreaming of the minions which sitting besides my bed... Can one of them help me on my study and exam, and the other one work out my assignment. 

The idea that i have is from the movie Despicable Me 2. The minions can be maid to vacuum the house; the one that can be the fire-bragger with the famous "Beedo Beedo Beedo" So why can't eh~

The legend of Hercules...

My Singaporean friend has suggested to watch the legend of Hercules last Saturday... she was looking forward for the Hercules' body... Is Hercules having a nice body?

Since I'm not a regular movie goer, most of the movie i haven't watch so i'm okay with any of the movies. We decided to watch it in Cineleisure Cathay Orchard Road after our Twin Tower Sushi lunch.

The Legend of Hercules as a whole was not that great, storyline was sucks and nothing but the muscular body...

If i would rate this movie, it would be 3/10... which 10 is the best. So nothing much to hooha about. Maybe for some ladies out there the body might be what they are looking forward to... LoL :p

PS: after the movie, my friend keeps asking me to aim for getting a built like Hercules... Hmmm... i really have no comment~

On Watching Percy Jackson and the sea monsters

I went to watch the Percy Jackson and the sea monsters with one friend of mine. Bought the movie ticket before hitting the gym.

Met my friend around 19:00 and went to Pho Hoa for Vietnamese Beef Noodles. After the dinner we went for the movie. The Percy Jackson is quite nice as it's not lengthy. The movie finished around 1.5 hours. 

I personally thinks that it's worth to watch the movie... I don't wanna to be the spoiler for the movie. :p Go ahead and watch it eh~

Japanese Meal day with the Minions

No!!!... Nothing special in Japan nor any Japan/Japanese related special day. It's the day i had Japanese Food. My friend and I having Japanese Meals for Lunch and Dinner. So today we declared our day as Japanese Day.

@11:00, Pick up my friend from his place to have lunch @ Paradigm Mall... I was wearing a bumblebee glass imported from Singapore. How's it? Cool?

@11:45, we walked in to Miraku Paradigm Mall... My friend saw the Sunday Buffet advertisement long time back when we came out from Fitness First Paradigm. Good strategy to attract hungry and tired gym goer after they have their hard workout. The served different type of sashimi and sushi... also those type of non raw japanese food. It's quite authentic... but the price is a bit high for a simple Japanese buffet.

@14:00, meeting another friends to watch Despicable Me 2. Watching those cute little yellowish Minions... but it turns purple in the middle of the movies :p Yellow vs Purple, which one you like? Oops i better stop here otherwise sure got people scold me for being a spoiler. *mouth zip*

@16:00, after the movie... chill in Pacific Coffee @ UG paradigm mall. The outlet was full of people but we were lucky to grab a nice sofa seat by the windows. Catching up with my two fellow buddies. This is a very enjoyable moments to chit chat about work, things outside work etc...

@18:00, decided to have a early dinner before sending my friend to the airport. We had Ramen @ Goku Raku, Paradigm. The Ramen was quite nice, since we had a heavy lunch, we chose to have a small Ramen. Yummy~

@20:30, stopped by McD @ Taman Warisan Salak Tinggi hoping to get the three little minions... guess what? it's a disappointed moment to see the word "SOLD OUT" stick on top of the three minions. Operasi Mencari Minions FAILED again. Sigh~

White House Down - July 4th movie

"Tell me how much time i have... "

My friend whatsapp me and asked me whether i was freed for a movie last night. I asked him what movie that he wanna to watch. He told me White House Down. I have no idea what is the storyline but i guess it should be those July 4th movie. The movie only cost us RM8.00 per pax because of Wednesday night is the cheap movie night... So it's value for money :)


As usual, i don't wanna to be the spoiler and get scolded by those movie fanatic whom haven't watch the movie. But my two cents is worth to watch if you like action movie.

Anyway, the movie was not that great. The story line was so boring. I would not wanna to tell you in detail as i don't want people out there called me SPOILER :p If you want me to rate this movie, i would rate 4.5/10... To me the movie only so so... Not that great. 

Les Miserable @ New Year Day

Hello my fellow readers,

HAPPY NEW YEAR, May you have a brighter and happier year 2013

Anyway, My friends have asked me out for a movie @ Sunway Pyramid on the First day of the Year. They waited for me to come back from Vietnam to watch this movie together. :)

According to multiple reviews and spoilers... this movie has its own unique way of presentation. Some people said this movie is boring, some say this movie is very good... So it's a mix review. I think this movie is interesting if you really enjoy and appreciate the broadway musical. I personally found it interesting, touchy and not boring.

If you are feeling down and watching this movie, I bet you will be touch even deep especially the scene when Anne Hathaway sings I dreamed a dream. My tear nearly dropped cause i listen word by word clearly... Anyone has the same feeling?

Another great song is Do You Hear The People Sing? which sing by a group of revolutionists, I can feel their enthusiastic and encouragement to fight for a change which brought them towards the hope of freedom... My fellow people of Malaysia... are we gonna sing the same song?

The finale was the most touching part of the whole movie... My tear dropped when came to this scene. Overall, the whole movie is so good... Worth to watch :)

Prometheus @ TGV Club Sunway Pyramid

Last Saturday night or should i say last Sunday... why? Cause the movie starts @ 12:30am.

Last Sunday early morning, I was watching the Prometheus with my friends @ TGV Club Sunway Pyramid. The movie ticket is RM25 per pax. Yup! it's expensive so i always have a thought that it's overrated and not value for money.

Anyway, the different between the TGV Club and the normal TGV cinema is 

1. No need to line up for tickets. 
2. No need to standing around the entrance waiting for the number to be light up. 
3. No need to line up for food and drinks. Just order and the food/drink will be served.
4. More room for leg and the seat is more comfortable. 
5. The price of cause is more expensive, it's double the normal TGV cinema.
6. No kiddos shouting "mama this, papa that"... I wondered how much is the ticket for kiddo.

When we arrived, the cinema was not ready... We were waiting at the designated lounge. It's so quiet. No wonder my friend told me after i tried it first time, i will like the TGV Club... It's true i love it already...

Okay enough of TGV Club... back to the Prometheus... I don't really enjoy the movie as i don't really like those movie with disgusting and darker scenes like the previous movie Aliens#1,2,3... so on. So the Prometheus is about the same scene as Aliens. I don't want to be a spoiler, i know a lot of you might not have watched this movie...

I got mixed comments on this movie from friends before and after i watched, so not sure whether it's recommended or not. Anyhow, this is just not my cup of tea... the only thing i enjoyed is the graphic... not to mention the nice TGV Club environment :p

In Time ...

It will be sad if we work just to gain time to live... so we could not waste any minutes and seconds... So have you watched the In Time?




BTW, i watched this movie with my mom last weekend and we have the whole cinema by ourselves. Yup it's just two of us in the TGV Capsquare :p

This afternoon I went with a few bloggers to watch the Nasi Lemak 2.0 (辣死你妈!)... The cinema hall was full house even the front row were seated with people. Wow~ it's so popular. Guess what? this film has hit RM1.5 millions ringgit in his first four days. Anyway, i don't want to be the spoiler for this movie. Just that if you haven't watch this movie. You should go and watch it...

Smurf the Malaysia Day

For those who watched Smurf when they were young... Do you still remember the clip above?

Anyway, I went for the Smurf Movie on Malaysia Day. My mom wanna to watch the Smurf 3D and i managed to get two ticket @ GSC, IOI Mall. The movie was quite nice with song which is some people say annoying, hmmm... I don't find it annoying, do you?. Anyway, there was one nice scene which i LOL when Odlie pronouns Gargamel as GarbageSmell... :p Oh My Smurf everyone in the cinema also LoL.

A date with Harry Potter

"You're cordially invited to the screening of HARRY POTTER THE DEATHLY HALLOWS PART2 on Saturday July 16th 6pm in e@Curve! See you there!" I received this text in my iPhone.

hurray~ i got the invitation to the latest and hottest movie in town for this month. The Harry Potter final episode. There are another friend of mine were invited too... :p Anyway, my friends and I have sitting in the Starbie coach sipping coffee and reading some books while waiting for the show to start on 6:35pm. 

The first scene of the movie for Part 2 was the last scene of Part 1... so how many of you still remember the last scene of Part 1?

Anyway, the story continues....




I think i would not describe too much and blog about the story line. This is because there are so many of you out there haven't watch this movie yet... I don't want to be the spoiler :p If you wanna to know the whole story, please buy a ticket and watch the movie.

On Meeting Mr. Potter

Few friends and I have decided to pay a visit to e@curve to meet Mr. Potter. Given that Mr. Potter is a very busy person... he has setup many slots in a day just to let people meeting him. We managed to get the appointment @ 2:45pm. 

Guess what? Two of my friends are the royal fans of Mr. Potter, they have been follow on Mr. Potter foot print since day one... Errrr... maybe we should say they have been stalking Mr. Potter since day 1,  so they were so keen to meet Mr. Potter once they know that Mr. Potter is in e@Curve... as for me i just went along the flow and get this opportunity to meet Mr. Potter too. 

At 2:45pm : The meeting started... This was a long meeting as the meeting lasted until 5:15pm... It was about 2.5 hours meeting. During the meeting i felt asleep few times as the meeting was a bit boring... But the meeting getting more and more interesting when more action kicked in. Unfortunately, we need another meeting in the near future to draw the conclusion. So i'm not sure when we can meet Mr. Potter again.. hopefully Mr. Potter can address the outcome of the whole meeting in the next meet up eh~

If you haven't meet Mr. Potter... Do meet him up in these few weeks eh~ Before he flown away. Make an appointment as early as possible to avoid disappointment eh~
