Rockabilly Tea Book

From Heidi...Time to get back onboard and start sharing some of the fun stuff we've been working on. I've been working on pictures I've taken over the last few weeks, so now I can share them with you. Here's a tea book that I think is really fun and edgy. I used SU's Rockabilly DS paper (which I see is being retired) using the black stripe and Kiwi Kiss polka dot. These are a lot of fun to make! Thanks for looking.

Rockabilly Organizer

From Heidi...I just had to share this custom order coupon holder. I probably would've never put these papers together, but after I made this I had to admit that it made a very fun organizer. I didn't realize that SU's Rockabilly DS paper had such fun paper in it. The blacks are very cool...some have glossy stripes, like this one. This paper would make some very fun cards or projects. If you aren't into skulls, the back of the skull papers are red with white polka dots and the back of the other skull paper is the black with glossy stripes on it, like on the front of this organizer. Anyway, just thought you'd like to see how this turned out. Thanks for looking!

Trendy

From Heidi...
I was reading about trends yesterday and I learned a new word..."Steampunk." That's what this card's style is. I got so inspired yesterday after reading and viewing examples, that I created this card. I'm not really a trendy person, I'm actually pretty conservative, but yesterday I broke out and tried some new ideas and had a great time. I'll share the other two cards I made over the next few days, as "Steampunk" is not the only trend.
I used the wide oval punch for the petals after I'd stamped them in black on Pale Plum using the stamp set Background Basics to create this BIG flower. Thanks for looking!
