Today I printed maps on fabric. Do you wonder what I will do with them? I wonder too.
I had a great idea, but it would only work as a horizontal. I'm sure these maps will speak to me soon!

How did you do that? I have a cousin that is getting married and he LOVES maps and I was trying to think of some way to make him something special and you just gave me a idea! Quilt with maps from this birth place , her birth place, were the met, were they will wed and perhaps Honeymoon....geeeeee this is too cool! so if you could tell me source of the maps I see here on the screen and what you used to print them that would be super!
Thanks
Teresa
The maps were found online and printed onto cotton fabric backed with freezer paper for body going through the printer. I printed with my Epson inkjet printer. The ink is permanent, but that is not the case for all printers. You can buy treated fabric to print on, however, that will make most inkjet inks permanent.
Thank you Terry
Can't wait to get started....better hury wedding is the end of April.
