Sketch of a Big Eye Elf Fairy, July 30, Art Sketches Daily...

Here is a sketch of a big eyed gothic maiden.  She has a short pixie cut with streaks in it and a determined attitude.  I think she is most likely an elf fairy, although she could also be a mermaid or a goddess.  I'm unsure if I'll paint her or not, but I did enjoy sketching her.


I've decided to try and do a sketch a day in July.  This is day 30.

My Photograph of Cherry Blossom Flowers at Descanso Gardens + March Sketches Art, Day 30, Elven Angel Fairy...

I took this photograph of cherry blossoms at Descanso Gardens this year, although I do not think the cherry blossom trees are in bloom there right now.  They are such a delicate flower with such a brief blooming perioud, but they are a favorite of mine.  I hope that you will enjoy this photo!

29 Faces in February, Face 11 Big Eye Elven Fairy Angel...

Here is a sketch of a big eyed gothic maiden.  She stares transfixed at something magical outside of our view...  I think she is most likely an elven fairy angel, although she could also be a mermaid or a goddess.  One of the things I'm working on this challenge is hairstyles and adornments, I couldn't resist giving her some streaks in her long flowing hair...   I'm unsure if I'll paint her or not, but I did enjoy sketching her.  

She is face 11 for 29 faces in February.  The goal is to share 29 faces in the month of February.
