Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps & LIttle Red Wagon (Winter Blues)

It is that fabulous day of the week! Not only have we reached the half way point of the work week. Oh yeah, that weekend is so close! But, it's also time for TWO fabulous challenges. That's right I am duel hosting this week.

The Wonderful Wednesday challenge at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps is ANYTHING GOES. That's pretty easy. Create a new card, layout or altered item and share it with us over at the KKS blog or our Facebook group (here). You can see all the challenge details over on the blog.

I am  also challenge hostess at LITTLE RED WAGON! My theme for this week's challenge is called WINTER BLUES. Show me winter or lots of blue. Your choice, I'm not picky! You can even show me winter with lots of blue. That's not too difficult right?

This week, my card features an image from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps called Cuddle up and Keep Warm.  I just love the rich colours in the Bo Bunny Altitude collection. I matted the paper with navy and teal card stock and inked all the edges for a distressed look.

I added additional blues in my Copic coloured image and embellished with blue brads, eyelets (finally got those worked into a card) and blue twine.

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps #261 - Sing Me A Song (repeat)

Hello Krafty Peeps, welcome back to another Saturday challenge at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

Actually, this week we have hit the repeat button on our krafty challenge and we are continuing with our SING ME A SONG challenge. That's right you have another week to play along with this fun challenge. The SING ME A SONG is open to your interpretation,  however you may want to explain it for us, if it is not too obvious. This Krafty Girl can be a bit slow after the holidays figuring these things out.

You can play along with this challenge until January 2nd. Just create a NEW card, layout or altered item and link it up over at the Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps blog. Use any image you would like as long as it follows the challenge theme. However there is an added bonus (double your chances to win) if you do use a Kraftin' Kimmie Stamp. What is the prize? A lucky Krafty friend will WIN a $10 gift card to the shop!

This week on my card, I used the fabulous and sassy EVA. Although this song is primarily played at Christmas time, "BABY IT'S COLD OUTSIDE" works just fine for a cold, snowy, winter day. Not that we are currently experiencing that right now, which is fine for me.

Along with the darling EVA, I also used my new favourite winter paper, Bo Bunny Altitude. This fabulous paper is in the Kraftin' Kimmie Shop and Miss EVA is on sale for a fabulous boxing day sale (till Dec 31 - while supplies last).

Your Next Stamp: Sketch/Colour Challenge # 4

It's time for another FUN FRIDAY challenge at YOUR NEXT STAMP.

We are into our fourth challenge which includes our FABULOUS sketch.

Or, you may want to play along using the colour inspiration.

If you are really up for the challenge, work them both into your project and show that off. You have till December 25 at midnight to play along with Challenge 4.

For my card today, I worked with the sketch using the sweet A Gift from Cuddles stamp. The paper is Bo Bunny Altitude. I just love the rich vibrant colours in the collection. I am hoping to make a few more cards before Christmas.
