I DON'T THINK GEORGE ZIMMERMAN IS A HERO, BUT IF THIS EFFORT BY THE LEFT AND THE SLIMY RACE-BAITERS AMONG THEM CONTINUES HE JUST MAY BECOME A HERO TO MANY ON THE RIGHT.  JUST AS THOSE STUPID PROGRESSIVES AND PLANTATION BLACKS ARE GATHERING IN SUPPORT OF TRAYVON MARTIN WHILE AT THE SAME TIME CALLING FOR THE LYNCHING OF GEORGE BY THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT, A DEPARTMENT THAT IN NO WAY PRODUCES JUSTICE UNDER THE LEADERSHIP OF ERIC HOLDER.  A MAN WHO IS PERHAPS THE BIGGEST RACIST EVER TO HOLD THE OFFICE OF ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE UNITED STATES.  AFTER ALL HE IS THE SAME MAN WHO REFUSED TO CHARGE BLACK PANTHERS WHO WERE STANDING OUTSIDE A POLLING PLACE WITH BATONS AND AT THE VERY LEAST INTIMIDATING POTENTIAL VOTERS.  THE SAME ATTORNEY GENERAL WHO ALLOWED MAJOR NIDAL HASAN TO GO ON A SHOOTING RAMPANT  KILLING AMERICAN TROOPS WHILE SHOUTING ALLAHU AKBAR AND DARE TO CALL IT AN ACT OF "WORK PLACE VIOLENCE. WHY DIDN'T THIS ATTORNEY GENERAL CALL FOR FEDERAL HATE CRIME CHARGES TO BE LEVIED AGAINST MAJOR HASAN?  AFTER ALL HE WAS TRYING TO KILL CHRISTIANS IN THE NAME OF HIS FALSE GOD.  YES, SHOULD ERIC HOLDER CONTINUE IN HIS EFFORT SO PROSECUTE GEORGE ZIMMERMAN HE MAY VERY WELL HELP CREATE A HERO, NOT THE HERO HE IS SEEKING TO ELEVATE BUT A HERO OF THE PERSON HE IS PERSECUTING IN AN EFFORT TO APPEASE THE DRUNKEN MOB.

Was "Fast and Furious" Stealth Attack on the 2nd Amendment

ERIC HOLDER AND BARACK OBAMA ARE REFUSING TO RELEASE MANY DOCUMENTS RELATED TO THE FAST AND FURIOUS SCANDAL.  WHAT ARE THEY HIDING?  RECENTLY, MONICA CROWLEY, A FOX NEWS CONTRIBUTOR PUT FORTH THE IDEA THAT THE FAST AND FURIOUS OPERATION MAY HAVE HAD A SECONDARY MOTIVE:  A STEALTH ATTACK ON THE SECOND AMENDMENT.  AT THIS TIME THERE IS NO EVIDENCE TO SUPPORT THAT THEORY, BUT SHOULD THERE BE A "SMOKING GUN" IN THOSE TENS OF THOUSANDS OF DOCUMENTS THAT THE PRESIDENT HAS NOW PLACED UNDER LOCK AND KEY WITH HIS "EXECUTIVE PRIVILEGE" ORDER, CONFIRMING MONICA'S ASSERTION THEN HEADS WILL ROLL.  IF WE FIND OUT THAT THOSE IN POWER HELPED BRING ABOUT THE DEATHS OF BRIAN TERRY AND JAMIE ZAPATA IN ORDER  TO MAKE A POLITICAL POINT AND PRESIDENT OBAMA HAD PRIOR KNOWLEDGE THEN THE PEOPLE WILL DEMAND HE  BE IMPEACHED AND REMOVED FROM OFFICE.  MANY QUESTIONS REMAIN UNANSWERED,  AND MOST AMERICANS THINK SOMETHING IS BEING HIDDEN FOR POLITICAL REASONS. 

I SHOULD ADD THAT SEVERAL DAYS AGO ON CNN, WAYNE LaPIERRE, THE HEAD OF THE NATIONAL RIFLE ASSOCIATION (NRA) STATED HIS BELIEF THAT THE "GUN WALKING OPERATION" WAS NOT JUST AIMED AT THE MEXICAN DRUG CARTELS, BUT AT GUN DEALERS IN THIS COUNTRY AND AT THE 2nd AMENDMENT.

URBAN POLITICAL CORRUPTION

Recently the Obama justice department under the leadership, attorney general, Eric Holder has announced that charges brought by the Bush justice department are being dropped against black panthers who stood in front of a polling place, billy sticks in hand, in Philadelphia during the the presidential election. This was obvious intimidation on the part of these radical goons and a stark reminder that voter intimidation is still a part of the national scene, especially in some larger urban centers. These urban areas are a breeding ground for political bosses, corrupt machine politics, voter intimidation, duplicate voting and voter fraud on a grand scale. By dropping these charges the Obama administration is signaling it will turn a blind eye toward big city political corruption. This is not at all surprising considering Obama's history and his path to the White House via the Chicago political machine under Mayor Daley. In almost every major recount during recent years the demons have managed to win by finding new votes in unlikely places such as car trunks, trash cans, and abandon warehouses. The very foundations of our democratic society are being under-mined by these corrupt practices. Recently, I saw a video on a election in Mexico City. Those entering the polling place had to show a picture ID and that was check against a voter registration book with picture ID's in it. Additionally, after voting the voters got the purple thumb treatment. This is a good and almost fool-proof method in preventing voter fraud, and this in a third world country so-what new to democracy. Can you imagine the uproar from the left if Republicans proposed the installation of such measures in our election system,the howls of voter repression and discrimination could be heard on the International Space Station. Why would this call for a system to help prevent voter fraud be met fierce resistance? Why would such a seemingly fair system be condemned? The answer is simple---POLITICAL POWER. With the corrupt political practices in the big city brought under control the huge pluralities the Democratic party enjoys in every election coming out of the big urban areas would evaporate almost over night. And yet, there is little desire on the part of the MSM, those on the left, and even some on the right to acknowledge this problem exist. Until such time occurs the rampant corrupt in the vast urban areas will continue and grow worse. I'll finish this by acknowledging that voter repression in the south as late as the 1960's was out-of-control and the federal government instituted measures to stop that. These measures are still in effect in many deep south states. Such measures now need to be applied to the sprawling urban centers where recent evidence of voter corruption and intimidation is evident.

Will Militia Groups Be Painted As A Clear And Present Danger?

The recent arrest of members of a Michigan based Militia group has focused attention again on the right wing. The so-called violent actions of the Tea Party movement failed to gain much traction so now we have the Justice Department bringing action against this militia group. I know nothing of this group, other than what as been released by Eric Holders Justice Department. If the charges are true, then this is a very extreme group and they should be prosecuted. Generally militia groups do not target local police, some do however put their cross-hairs on federal authorities. Neither is acceptable!

The danger, the real danger here is not so much this specific militia group, although they do appear to have been a threat from the information released by the feds, but the tendency of the federal government to over-reach and paint those groups on the right with a broad brush and turn events such as this into a witch hunt to pursue other groups who are not a threat to national security. I saw this happen first hand in the 1960's during the LBJ years following his land side election in 1964. He felt that election gave him a green light to attack and destroy those he saw as enemies, not so much of the state, but of his personal agenda. I fear that Barack Obama and Eric Holder will do the same. And that incidents such as this will only be a first step in what will become a much wider attack on right wings groups who do not present a danger to life and are certainly NOT a clear and present danger to the nation. This event did not happen in a vacumn so we must view it in the context of the current political landscape and ask ourselves, why now!

Michigan Militia Group Charged With Police-Killing Plot

The FBI conducted weekend raids in three states and arrested eight people tied to a Michigan-based militia group that authorities say was conspiring to kill police officers.

WASHINGTON -- Nine suspects tied to a militia in the Midwest are charged with conspiring to kill police officers, then attack a funeral in the hopes of killing more law enforcement people, federal prosecutors said Monday.

U.S. Attorney Barbara McQuade said agents moved on the group because the Hutaree members were planning a violent reconnaissance mission sometime in April -- just a few days away.

Members of the group called Hutaree are charged in the case, including their leader, David Brian Stone, also known as "Captain Hutaree."

Once other officers gathered for a slain officer's funeral, the group planned to detonate homemade bombs at the funeral, killing more, according to newly unsealed court papers.

The indictment includes charges of seditious conspiracy, possessing a firearm during a crime of violence, teaching the use of explosives, and attempting to use a weapon of mass destruction -- homemade bombs.

The indictment charges members of the group conspired "to levy war against the United States, (and) to oppose by force the authority of the government of the United States."

The charges follow FBI raids over the weekend on locations in Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana.

According to investigators, the purportedly Christian Hutaree militia view local, state, and federal law enforcement personnel as a "brotherhood" and an enemy, and planned to attack them as part of an armed struggle against the U.S. government.

Eight suspects have been arrested by the FBI, and one more is being sought. Of the eight captured, seven are due in court later Monday.

Andrew Arena, head of the FBI's field office in Detroit, said the case "is an example of radical and extremist fringe groups which can be found throughout our society. The FBI takes such extremist groups seriously, especially those who would target innocent citizens and the law enforcement officers who protect the citizens of the United States". Umar - Barack - Terrorist Rights and Other Stupid Things

Al qaeda terrorist Umar Farouk Abdul Mutallab, attempts to meet his 72 virgins aboard Northwest Airline Flight 253 shortly before that plane lands in Detroit in route from Amsterdam. Fortunately for passengers aboard flight 253 the bomb strapped to his leg was a fizzle and not a bang. Umar (raghead) Mutallab, was subdued by fellow passengers immediately following the small smoking pop. This was probably the roughest treatment he will have from this point on from the Obama Justice Department.

One can easily picture Omar requesting an attorney at this point and Eric Holders justice department quickly complying, even though this foreigner was on an international flight. He will be afforded all the constitutional rights you and I have including avoiding questioning without his attorney being present. He undoubtedly possesses a treasure trove of information that would thwart future attacks, but this information will not be obtained by the polite agents in Obama's FBI. Just think if Bush was still president, this guy would have been escorted from the plane by the FBI, then turned over to the CIA or some group like it and immediately got a swift punch in the gut once inside that black SUV at the airport and within 24-48 hours we would know what he had for lunch a month ago. Not now, not under Obama, not under an administration that believes in the rights of a foreign terrorist more than the safety of its own citizens. Valuable information could be forthcoming, but not this time, unless this guy just loves to hear himself talk.

Obama will undoubtedly hold a news conference in the next few days where he will say the suspect is talking and useful information is being obtained. He will not cite what information calling that classified. Bush would say the same in similar circumstances, the difference being that while Obama's primary concern seems to be the rights of the terrorist and Bush's is the safety of Americans. Bush had faults and did some things wrong, while Obama has faults and does nothing right.

Those on the left cannot or will not let go of the torture issue. It seems this comes at a time when the Obama administration is under increasing pressure for its failure to improve a still sagging economy. Despite the billions and billions of taxpayer money thrown at the problem there is still little or no sign of significant improvement in the nations economic woes. Those on the far left, probably with the blessing of 1600 Pennsylvania ave are setting the table now for a Strong indictment of the activities of the Bush Whitehorse. This I believe is a desperate measure that will have little support with the vast majority of the people. Most simply do not believe that Bush and those in the CIA were out-of-line in there treatment of detainees in the months and early years after the 9-11 attacks. The Democratic left is grasping at straws on this issue and will find little support among those in Congress or the public in general.

WASHINGTON -- Attorney General Eric Holder is considering whether to appoint a criminal prosecutor to investigate the Bush administration's interrogation practices, a controversial move that would run counter to President Barack Obama's wishes to leave the issue in the past.

Holder plans to make a final decision within the next few weeks, a Justice Department official told The Associated Press on Saturday night. The official spoke on the condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to speak on a pending matter.

Justice Department spokesman Matt Miller said Holder planned to "follow the facts and the law."

"We have made no decisions on investigations or prosecutions, including whether to appoint a prosecutor to conduct further inquiry," he said. "As the attorney general has made clear, it would be unfair to prosecute any official who acted in good faith based on legal guidance from the Justice Department."

A move to appoint a prosecutor is certain to stir partisan bickering that could create a distraction to Obama's efforts to push health care and energy reform. Obama has repeatedly expressed reluctance to having a probe, saying the nation should be "looking forward and not backwards" when it came to Bush-era abuses.

Newsweek magazine, which first reported the development on Saturday, said Holder was aware of the political implications of having a probe and preferred not to create unnecessary trouble for the White House. Still, the attorney general was troubled by what he learned in reports about the treatment of prisoners at the CIA's "black sites."

The probe would focus in part on whether CIA personnel tortured terrorism suspects after Sept. 11, 2001. Holder has said those who acted within the government's legal guidance will not be prosecuted, but has left open the possibility of pursuing those who went beyond the guidance and broke the law.

Holder has discussed with his staff the possibility of a prosecutor, saying he needed someone with "gravitas and grit," the magazine reported. In the end, the attorney general asked for a list of 10 candidates, five from within the Justice Department and five from outside.

"I hope that whatever decision I make would not have a negative impact on the president's agenda," Holder told Newsweek. "But that can't be a part of my decision." FOX News
