This week we are sponsored by Crafty Sentiments and I've used Herbie The Bear, coloured her up with Promarkers.  I've used die cut snowflakes, cut from offcuts of the base card plus glitter card (which I've had for absolute years in my stash!)

Half pearls are also from my stash along with the ribbon, bakers twine and little candy cane charm.  The sentiment is a Cut and Make die (bought from The Range for £1).

Colour Crazy Challenge Week 20 - Crafty Sentiments

It's time for a new Colour Crazy challenge and the theme, as always is

This week we are sponsored by Crafty Sentiments and once again, I couldn't choose between the two images were were able to work with so I've used them both!  First up is Emmi-Lou and I've kept her very girly using papers I found in my stash that I'm trying to use up.  Coloured with Promarkers with ribbons, half pearls and charm from my stash.  Sentiment has been cut with an X Cut die.

And here is Gaffi who has also been coloured with Promarkers and a little stickles diamond glitter.  I've used an unbranded die for the backdrop and a Sizzix embossing folder.  Ribbon, half pearls and charm are again from my stash.

I've used two of the cute images from the sponsor, the first is Benson and Betty which I've coloured with Promarkers.  Snowflakes are a metal unbranded die and the ribbons are from my stash.  I've handwritten the little Sizzix tag.

The second image I've used is Christmas Penguin and I've also coloured him with Promarkers but made it into a slider card.  I've embossed the background with a Cuttlebug folder and the sentiments are Tim Holtz Sizzix dies.  And yes, it really does slide!

I've used Day Dreaming and coloured him with Promarkers.  I found some scraps of paper in my stash that were offcuts from a previous project and as they were only strips, I had to be creative to get them to fit around the image and embossing panel.

The embossed star panel is From Me To You and I've added faux stitching round the edges.  Buttons and embroidery thread are also from my stash.

Colour Crazy Challenge Week 35 - Di's Digis and Crafty Sentiments

This week over at the Colour Crazy challenge we have two wonderful sponsors who each gave the DT images to work with!  The challenge theme as always is:

Anything Goes

The first sponsor is Di's Digi's and I've used Jungle Shelf, coloured with Promarkers and added to the card with foam pads so it gives some depth.  I've added embroidery thread over the banner plus the three little bows.  The number one is a wooden die cut which I've added lots of glitter glue over the top (I primed it first by painting with white acrylic paint).  The ribbons are from my stash.

The second sponsor is Crafty Sentiments and I used both images we were given.  The first one is called Relaxing and I've coloured her with Promarkers, used two different Spellbinder dies to cut her out and layer onto.  The sentiment has been handwritten and added to a Sizzix die tag.  The papers have been printed from a Funky Hand cd - now retired that I had in my stash.  Ribbon and half pearls also from my stash.
