i L-O-V-E love shopping!
today i woke up at 10.30 and suddenly realized that i have no bag to bring to school tml!
so i msg annette to go out shopping for school stuff and WOAH! coincidentally she also wants to buy a new bag!
so we got sumin to go with us and tada! our impromptu shopping trip!
FIRSTLY, miss well-known late queen a.k.a me was not late today! and not only was i not late, i waited for miss annette for almost half an hour! hmph.
okay anw, i bought 3 pairs of earrings and im super proud of the fact that i resisted buying this super cute zipper earring and this super nice heart shape earrings.
and then we went to shop for bags! and we ended buying 2 each.
okay actually i bought one and the other was my burfdae present form annette, claire, su,zara and yan ling (i think)! THANKS PEOPLE! its nice to receive burfdae presents so early especially when my burfdae is 8 months away. XIE XIE!
the bag shop shopkeeper was super nice. we stayed in the shop for very long, trying to figure out wad to buy. she was very patient and even gave suggestions and stuff. that's why we chose her shop although 10000 other shops sells the same stuff at the same price.
expenses:
me-2 earrings at $1 each
-1 earring at $3.50
-1 bag at $32
total: $37.50 which is quite good considering me and annette's last 2 shopping experiences.
i love shopping!

im sick!
just went to see the doctor and she was yakking on and on about how i should prevent myself from getting dizzy when i stand up. she was trying to speak in chinese but obviously failing so its very irritating especially when your head is throbbing like mad. oh. and she was trying to demonstrate how to stand up slowly which is quite hilarious. hahas!
okay im mean.
im now having 10 000 pills to take ): why am i always falling sick!
posting is on friday. sobs. one more week to the split of s18!

SOLARIS - THE CHAMPION HOUSE
solaris ho buay ho!ho! (x 2)wo nang si ki!wo nang buay lo!solaris pa buay to!wo si li buay song!ga gi ga wa gong!solaris sa sia ho!ho!ho!ho!solaris oi!oi!solaris oi!oi!solaris oi!ooh ahh yeah!!!the annual road run of njc is a surprisingly fun event. the day started off with much dread of running (for girls, 3.2 and guys, 4.8).
dreads ad dreads. J1 girls race is at 8.15 and we were suppose to do warm ups but obviously many of us decided that it will rain later and thus sat down there and slack. or in the case of joli, looking out for her roro and harry.
btw, lignum russell sim HAS SUPERB EYES.
anw, so its 8.15 and we reluctantly trudged to lampost 19/90 (im not v sure cos i was too jing zhang), which happens to be the starting line.
*beeeeeeeep* when the whistle and OFF WE GO!
me and jaime were like super scared throughout the whole journey because of sudden appearances of dogs. SUPER SCARY! we saw like 10 000 dogs.
the best part of the race was this stretch of road WHERE I SAW AL!!! he was helping out in pointing out the route and as cute as usual, he was screaming "COME ON GIRLS! GO FOR IT!"
and i was initially running at 1cm per hour speed and the moment i saw him, I STREAKED OFF TO A BOUT 2KM PER HOUR. hahas. that's when he shouted "come on!"
SUPER HIGH!
*more than half an hour later*
WE REACHED OUR DESTINATION!
we took our cup of orange juice AND I FOUND THIS DISGUSTING LOOKING THING IN MY ORANGE JUICE.
wad's worse, i finshed drinking before i saw it. OH MAN.
okay so we were v high that we finished the race!
and went to see the ending of the race for j2 guys. (and eyecandies (:)
AND WE SAW RORO RUNNING IN!
in a sissified manner. he crossed his hands in ultraman pose and BOUNCED ON THE TRACK.
SUPER SISSY! hahahahas.
then we saw aL strolling in. STROLLING.
but he still looks cute.
then we did all the cheer stuff blah blah...
AND SOLARIS IS THE CHAMPION HOUSE!
and then s18 went out again.
IM GETTING VERY BORED TYPING.
so to cut it short, we went for movie!
pink panther. super funny.

RESULTS DAY.
was vvv scary. it was the first time evr in history that i din want to go back to st nicks!
we shall skip the scary parts and end off with a...

we and nette are going temple to thank all the gods who blessed us!
had 8/27 class outing ytd.
its called 8/27 class outing because only 8/27 of the class went.
we went to yake neos. NEOS!
i love neos (: i think the girls look vvv cute! hahas!
there's this shop outside neoprint shop that sells v lame signs like "anti-stress therapy: bang your head here"
the lame us of course had a nice time looking at everything and not buying.
the shopkeeper was v amused by us.
then we went for movie and i think i saw guo liang!
GUO LIANG! only i saw lahh. so joli was v irritated that i never tell her.
NOT MY FAULT!
then we went to watch i not stupid too. the nice ticket only showed the word STUPID.
so we were like is it a hint that we are...
oh well. me joli crystal says WE WILL CRY DURING THE SHOW!
and so in we went!

then dunnoe why we started talking about os then everyone got depressed and our outing end on an unhappy note.

but i still love s18!

today was the slackest day of the year. we had only 2 lectures~! woohoos!
so as usual the future gamblers s18 (partial) went playing cards + mahjong.
MAHJONG ROCKS! major!
we were playing in ENGLISH. how nice.
s18's guide to playing engliash mahjong effectively:
pong4 = bang
gang4 = gang
chi1 = eat
zi4 mo1 = zi3 mo1 (englishy chinese)
yi1 sun3(1 bamboo) = xiao niao (because its a bird)
bamboo = BAM-BOO
to look at ppl's card:
to quote sihao: "ehh! i want that card lor!"
to stop ppl from looking at your cards:
quote xin wei : "eh you eat S*** lahh!"
quote xavier: "dun let your eyes wander..."
to guess wad cards others have:
"everybody dun throw wan4 to choo ting!"
to not let ppl guess your card:
"how you noe i want wan4 huh? HUH? how?? huh!?"
lesson to be learnt:
LISTEN TO YOUR ADVISORS!
especially if you have THREE advisors (with 2 wandering about) telling you wad to throw and not to throw.
how to prevent teachers from catching you:
"got teacher got tacher!"

we went pastamania for class outing and took up ten thousand tables.
hahas. quite lame lahh! everybody playing cards (gambling in public!)
then we started playng truth or dare. DAMN FUN!

majority got onto green line and started gossiping again.
