WIP Wednesday - UFO Challenge in July!

Last week I ran across a half finished crochet cowl as I was looking for something else (didn't find it, pretty sure) and made myself finish it up before I went back to the 'fun' crochet I'm doing in my down time.  I really liked that feeling of accomplishment (even though it still needs a button...) so my plan is to work on half finished projects and do one a week for July.  Some will be from the list, some will be random things I run across as I clean....oh yeah, organizing the craft studio is also on the list for July!

Deadpool Phoenix Billfold Wallet (XOXO by Lauren)

This one I had to wait until after Father's Day to share since it was a gift!  It shipped with the Floral Wars Connie's Wristlet, so I figured I should share them both together!

It's been a while since the last Connie's Wristlet, and I forgot how quick it is to cut out!  The pattern goes together pretty fast too, and for being so small, it has TONS of pockets!

WIP Thursday - Cruising Through the List

I went through my list this week and prioritized/grouped/panicked myself.  Now I have a better handle on what my deadlines are, what projects are still waiting for payment (and therefore at the bottom of the list), what projects are coming up, and how much coffee I will need to consume to stay on track. (no surprise - it's a LOT!)

The Speedwell is a fun sling bag, with a unique front design.  After making the first one, I was ready to tackle it again, and fortunately another customer came along that wanted one in these gorgeous Backstitch fabrics!

WIP Wednesday - Easing Back Into the Mayhem

While I was on vacation I was having sewing withdrawal!  I did sneak in a few small things, like the teeny backpacks and finally got to start on the next order, but I didn't have a chance to clean my studio or play with fabrics like I had hoped.  Someday I'll have some free time!

Riders of Rohan Floor Pillow - MoonBeam Textiles (Middle Earth Reboot)

I didn't mean to volunteer to sew up a Moon Beam strike this month, but somehow I couldn't stop myself when I saw the amazing panels!  The one I received is double plush and I had to just hold it and pet it before I could sew it up since it feels like a kitten crossed with a cloud! 

It matches the couch, so I guess it's MINE!

Haunted Portraits - The Allure Purse (ChrisW Designs)

Not only did I survive the graduation hoopla of the last week, I even have a fun new purse pattern to share!  The Allure from ChrisW Designs released recently, and I finally have time to show mine!

I changed up the fastener too, the swing lock is my favorite!
