emo nemo
the sky was really dark when I started my journey back from uni after an early release from lending lecture. I thought I might be able to beat the traffic in coming home but traffic conditions aired over the radio did not seem to hear my thoughts. never mind, I continued on with my journey.
halfway through the conditions got very bad. apart from the usual congestion of cars, thunder and lightning joined in as well. I never thought I would be frightened by these weather elements. however when I was alone in the car, one foot on the brake, one hand on the steering, I suddenly felt so vulnerable. noise of thunder and flashes of lightning made me feel like I was drowning into a gigantic pool, away from the stream of cars and the bustling city.
then I recalled a lot of memories. looking at the life now, I just simply miss what I used to have last time. but then I realise, if I always hold on to the same things, wouldn't my life be uninteresting?

came and went
moments ago I was told that the job offer was taken back.
so the disappointment of being unemployed feels like that, now I know...

Up and Working!
1st week of March is coming to an end. its the first week of semester as well. I am... well, trying to adapt to the end of the 4-month holidays and counting down to my 21st! XD
went for an interview yesterday and most likely I'll be working on monday at a conference as a translator. not sure if they want me in for tuesday but surely will not be free on wednesday. friends that I have not seen for a long time will be gathering on these few days because of the convocation ceremony on wednesday. I am still wondering if I want to witness the ceremony, since I'm not the one graduating.
saturday next week is also going to be the start of birthday celebration for me. flying down to Singapore for Jam Hsiao's concert and then spending weekend back in JB. after that family lunch and dinner on tuesday and I haven't thought about what to do on my birthday. how I wish somebody can help plan for my birthday! considerations mainly being friends are working at different parts of KL and its rather hard to gather everyone for a weekday night.
then on next next saturday and sunday I have working opportunities too! but still thinking if I want to work on both days since its my birthday weekend and I am turning 21st so its kind-of a big deal (supposedly).
that's my plan so far, haven't found a Japanese class and is not taking up German. hope the semester will be good and I will graduate by end of this year! XD
