....two are better than one......?

...i treated myself last year to this lovely, knitted, lambswool, fair aisle dolly by

...i was having a very bad/sad day and she was so soft and snuggly and comforting...

...she has sat all alone until....

...monkey arrived this christmas!!

..i think she looks much happier...

monkey was a much loved and unexpected gift from a husband who felt there were enough
critters and dollies and monkeys in the house already....
(so imagine my utter delight and surprise...
...i think even a little tear was shed)

...there were so many lovely gifts but i just had to share this new craft bag with you...
i'm a bit of a 'mad men' fan...
and really rather wish i looked like the blonde one.....
*sigh*
...in my dreams....but i've got the bag!

..first and last..............

...this is Binky my first 'Norah Wellings' monkey, wearing a vintage,  hand-knitted, fair aisle sweater with tiny matching shorts.......
....i say 'first' because after my father bought Binky for me, i found other little monkeys that needed a home........
...not many people know this about me......but i have a monkey cupboard.......

..this is Libby my most recent addition...
...somebody has lovingly made her a vintage Liberty print dress...:)
