so, I have a problem where I cram things into my purse and keep on with my life . . . today, for the second time in 24 hours, I could not find my check book . . . so, I did the unthinkable and dumped out my purse. I did not find the checkbook in my purse—which is not that big in the first place, but this is {some of} what I did find:
- 2 small boxes of crayons
- 1 bottle and 2 packages of Advil
- 3 bottles of hand sanitizer
- 6 hair bows
- 2 white hats for Anna, 1 pair of little boy undies, 2 pairs of socks, and 1 bib
- 1/2 of a plastic pizza
- a tiny blue police officer
- 1 small bible
- a pack of tissues
- 2 tape measures
- 4 tubes of lip gloss
- 1 tube of diaper cream
- 1 diaper
- 4 glasses cases (1 empty) and 3 pairs of glasses without cases (!!!)
- 3 pens, 3 sharpies and 4 lollipops
- camera
- 2 raisin boxes
- 1 fish shaped nametag necklace
- 1 box of Busytown cars & trucks playing cards
- scotch tape
- 3 granola bars, smooshed
- 3 bobby pins
- 1 puzzle piece
I mean, what would I do with myself if I only had a purse with keys, a phone, and a wallet in it!?
and, because I know you are on the edge of your seat waiting for this, school starts on tuesday! we had a parent meeting tonight and I will take the boys in the morning to meet the teacher . . . look what I spied on the bulletin board! I am pretty sure that being the line leader on the first day of preschool is William’s dream come true! Let the fall fun begin!
