Back To Life

We're officially in Indiana. Now we're just trying to get into the groove and find our new normal. I'm grateful that this is the last major life-changing even we'll have in a while- I hope!

A few thoughts-

I love and appreciate my mom more than ever. She and my sister Al flew out here with me and the kids and stayed for 3 wonderful days- cleaning my house, decorating rooms, cooking up a storm and playing with the kids. I'll always remember Leah and Grandma rowing a boat to DragonLand to visit Ord and Grandma's nightly cuddle with Adam. I've got two spoiled kids now, that's for sure.

Our warm welcome into the neighborhood was someone stealing the GPS system out of our car. Nice.

It's very loud outside. There are SO many bugs and other critters, and they are noisy!

Leah's hair is extra curly here- so cute. Unfortunately, mine is just extra frizzy!

I already have a visiting teaching assignment, even though I haven't been to church yet. Interesting.

That's all for now. I'm sure someday I'll get back into the swing of blogging- for now I'm going to unpack another box!

So much for moving into the "good" neighborhood! Sheesh, was a bummer. But I'm glad you made it and I hope you get all settled in soon.

It's so great to see you all settled in. The pictures are wonderful, and definitely brought a smile to my face. Super bummer about the GPS, though I'm sure Jason is already working on a replacement deal.
I'm so glad your mom and sister got to come out and help you settle in.
Thinking of you often!
Adam is growing so fast.
Always cove boys with a diaper...Jason taught us that :-)
