Laughing Cow Swiss Cheese with Wheat Thins.
Singing songs and dancing with your baby, using beaters as your microphones.
Taking bubble baths.
Finding and using a good baby-sitter once a week.
Wearing fuzzy boots in the snow (quite stylish and quite practical).
Finding a girlfriend to share your daily frustrations and woes with (in moderation). Your husband will listen to it all when he finally gets home at the end of his long day, but that doesn't mean he wants to!
Attending fine arts and cultural events. The free ones (like the BYU MOA) and are awesome, but I also recommend spending money to get to a traveling Broadway show every year or so.
Drinking lots of water.
Saying "I love you" a lot. It's empowering to say it, and it feels just as great to hear it.
Cleaning out your fridge and taking stock of your pantry before going grocery shopping.
Having (nice) inside jokes with those you love to joke with.
Saying no when you need to say no.
Getting your own checking account, so you don't have to explain why those hot boots actually were a finacial emergency. Even if it's only $10 a month... President Hinckley and his wife did it and we do too.
Using this to rinse your dishes- it keeps your hands out of the water!
Taking time for yourself- even if it's at 6:00 in the morning- getting away when you need to get away. It really does make everything better.
Wearing silky pj's to bed, and then going to bed when you're tired (no matter what the clock says!).
Leaving comments on blogs that you read... including this one!

hehehe. I agree with all of those recomendations! I also recomend making friends with people who bake really yummy chocolate cake and like to share;)
I am definitely telling Colt that I need to go to a Broadway show. They always have great things to see in Dallas. Too bad he works for a landscape construction company with a bunch of guys. If they ever get free tickets it's for sports games, which are fun. We're going to a hockey game next week.
So fun! Very good recommendations! I'm definitely going to have to try some :)
I like this game... Hey, how did you find out about Gordon B Hinckley and his wife and the checking accounts?... that's cool, and I didn't know it.
I loved all of your recommendations! I don't do a lot of those things that you recommend, but I am going to start. Thanks Melanie!
Great ideas - although, I'll have to pass on the wheat thins :)
I should (although I won't) do the checking account thing. But more to LIMIT what I spend then to have my own play money. N lets me spend way too much. He's just too nice.
I love silky pj's and the dish scrubbers too. We went to a traveling Broadway show last summer and it was great, and nice to do every so often. These are all great ideas, thanks for sharing!
