It is hard to believe, but this little beauty is going to be eight weeks old on Sunday. I feel bad that I haven't been more diligent about blogging more over these past two months, but having three kids has been overwhelming and left me with only minutes to spare every day. Here comes a mega-posting of the highlights of Eleanor's short life, in no particular order, with a few cameos by her big sister and brother. Enjoy!
We still have yet to get a truly great picture of all three of the kids together, but this one is pretty darn cute.
Tiny and asleep on Grammy's chest. Ariel's mom came to visit for almost two weeks shortly after Eleanor was born.
One of her first baths and she was already loving it, just like our other kids.
Enjoying some nice spring weather in March.
"Are these purple flowers poppies? I'm so sleepy!"
Grammy and little E
Beautiful Eleanor on the morning of her blessing day. She wore the same beautiful dress and little bonnet that Charlotte wore on hers.
Love the tongue!
Grumpy after her first time to church.
I love the look on her face here. "Seriously, Mom?"
Baby acne ... but still adorable.
Big yawn!
Saturday morning on Mommy and Daddy's bed
Playtime
Half-smile. She smiles all of the time but I haven't managed to take a picture of it yet.
Tummy/snack time
Again, this little tongue kills me!
Sister love
My beautiful girls
In our family, we celebrate "Easter Saturday" as the day the Easter Bunny drops by so that we can save Sunday for reflection upon the Savior and the true meaning of Easter. Eleanor enjoyed watching the other kids see what the Easter Bunny brought.
While that darned Easter Bunny didn't manage to do more than candy and bubbles in the Easter baskets this year, she brought the kids a couple of balance bikes. They were a hit.
Some other adventures in March: a beautiful day at the park downtown.
I love this picture of Grey. It really shows what a cross he is right now between a baby and a little boy. Love that little guy!
Waiting to ride the little train with Grammy
Enjoying the new play/swing set
So handsome!
Typical lunch: macaroni and cheese and lots of laughs.
The other kids ran to get their blankets so they could join Ella in doing some tummy time.
And, on a sadder note, last Sunday Charlotte fought the street and the street won. Poor baby!
