Hi Ladies, I am super happy and excited to be back on the awesome The Cut Shoppe blog. This blog and Ashley's cut files always have a special place in my heart. I am honored to be asked to be a guest designer. I must tell it was difficult to pick one cut file for today's post, but in the end I chose This Much cut file.

I love to back large titles even if it takes time, the result is worth all the effort. I backed the enlarged title with a Pink Paislee - Truly Grateful rainbow paper. I usually glue behind the cut file small paper scraps. Once the liquid glue dries I cut away the undesired parts.

I also added fussy cut rainbow leaves using tone on tone technique. I band them to create 3D look and adhered some of them with foam tape. Next to the photo I placed Pink Paislee - Truly Grateful Stickers, Ephemera pieces and Wood Buttons.

I just love the eye-catching big title, it makes the whole design stunning. I hope you will try out the This Much cut file !

That was it for today! I hope you enjoyed to see my new scrapbook layout. Thanks for the great opportunity Ashley! I love all The Cut Shoppe cut files and can't wait to work with another one.

Thanks so much for sharing with us Flora!  We love your gorgeous layout and the way you used the This Much Cut File.  Make sure you are following Flora on Social Media.  You can find her HERE on Instagram and her shop, Pink and Paper Shop

Spread Your Wings cut file

Hi Girls! It's Flóra sharing a spring themed layout on The Cut Shoppe blog. For this project I used the gorgeous Spread Your Wings cut file. I love it so much that I cut it out three times to create 3D effect. I chose the Pink Paislee - Paige Evans Oh My Heart collection, because I thought it would fit to my fun scrapbook page idea.

In this photo you can see all the three layers. I placed them on above each other and fix them with machine stitching. In some places I cut the upper two layers so the wings can "fly" and create the 3D effect.

As I was working with a white cardstock I had a feeling my layout is too empty. First, I added colorful enamel dots and later I enhanced the fun look with tiny paint splatters.

Instead of alpha or word stickers I used a card as a title. I adhered two 2"x2" photo and few chiboard stickers for embellishing. I didn't want to over decorate my layout, as I think the Spread Your Wings butterflies needed to be in the focus.

Thanks for stopping by today! I hope find some new ideas here. Find the Spread Your Wings cut file in The Cut Shoppe. Flóra

Piece of My Heart

Hi Girls! It's Flóra back on The Cut Shoppe Blog. I was so excited to see the new love themed cut files, all of them are amazing. I chose the Piece of My Heart to use it first

This cut file has so many option. You can use it as the star of your page and enlarge it, or use more small versions. You can leave the boxes empty or you can baked them with different patterned papers. I am sure I will use it again to try something different with this file.

This time I desired to make something clean so I have just embellished the heart with flowers and stickers.

I hope I could inspire you to try the new Piece of My Heart cut file from The Cut Shoppe!
Thanks for stopping by! Have a lovely day!

Hello Snow

Hi Girls! Happy New Year! It's Flóra here today with a new layout. These days there is not a lot snow in our area and lately it is very rare to have a white Christmas. This year we were so happy to have snow on 24th December. It was only few centimeter, but the nature was beautiful. We went for a short walk with my fiance and our family dog, Füli, this is what I documented on this layout.

This time I used the Wintry Mix cut file set from The Cut Shoppe. Love it so much! I only cut out the hello snow cut file, but I am pretty sure I will use also the other ones in the near future.

I cut out the title from a white cardstock and backed it with a patterned paper. For embellishing I used lots of Pretty Little Studio - Marie Capistran Winter Joy collection and bits & pieces from Crate Paper Snow & Cocoa collection. Check out the close-ups and discover all the tiny details. ;-)

After a long break I also made a process video. Here you can see how I created this page:

I hope I could inspire you to use The Cut Shoppe cut files. Thanks for stopping by today!

Christmas Trees

Hi there! It's Flóra back on The Cut Shoppe blog. I can't wait to come the Holy Night (24th December in Hungary) as this evening the family is always together. We have our family traditions and these habitual sweet thing make this holiday so special. I decided to dive into last year's memories and document them.

For my layout I used the Tree Farm cut file set. I oversized two different pine trees to have them as my focus. I cut them out from white cardstock with my Silhouette Cameo.

I backed the Tree Farm trees with My Mind's Eye Sugar Plum papers. I used foam tape to create depth and 3D look. In few places wrapped around one of the tree with white yarn to add extra texture.

I thought the pink cardstock background is too plain, I wanted to make it "exciting" somehow. Then it came in my mind to scatter half pearls to mimic snowfall.

I hope you like my new scrapbook layout. Thanks for stopping by and have a nice weekend!

Five Minutes Christmas Card

Hi Girls! It's Flóra here with a seasonal project. We are still in time with Christmas Card but it can happen that we need something in the last moment. I thought it would be smart to share a five minutes card.

These cool titles from Christmas Magic cut file set can save the day. Enlarge the sentiments and cut them out from a fancy paper. For this project I used a gold glitter cardstock. It's so festive and shine you don't need much more to finish off your project.

I added only few stickers and enamel dots to embellish the card. Use a colorful cardstock as a base and a matching envelope.

Other fast way to make card to use a background cut file from The Cut Shoppe. For this project I used the Snow Day 12x12 cut file.

I cut out nine snowflakes from a 6x6 cardstock and back it with pink, teal and gold glitter paper. I decorated with a big chipboard element and also added sentiment stickers.

Smart to use cut files for fast and easy projects, and also great solution if you need to make "serially-manufactured" cards.

I wish happy preparing for Christmas! Thanks for stopping by! ;-)

Be Thankful

Hi Girls! It's Flóra here today. I will show you a 12x12 layout made with The Cut Shoppe Bountiful Blessings cut file. I really like this cut file set, specially the big title. I am pretty sure it would look amazing on cards as well, but this time I used on my layout.

I cut out the title from a pink ombre scrapbook paper and tried to use it as my title. I was not satisfied with the result so I used the offset option in the Silhouette Studio and cut out a white background for the pink sentiment. Like this I got a thin white border around the pink cut out. With this trick the title pop out from the dark background.

Mainly all the papers and embellishments come from the Pink Paislee Moonstruck collection. I fussy cut those amazing pinkish flowers and placed them around the photo. I also like the dark background, although this is the first time I have tried it. The result is dramatic.

That was it for today! I hope I could inspire you. Don't forget to visit The Cut Shoppe etsy store! Have a nice weekend! Flóra

Fall with Oakley Avenue

Hi Girls! It's Flóra here today. This time I made a 12x12 scrapbook layout with fall theme. I documented a photo from last year as this year we haven't taken any true fall photos with colorful leaves etc. :)

I used the fun Pretty Little Studio Oakley Avenue collection designed by Ashley Horton. I bought the 6x6 paper pad what perfect for backing cut files.

The cut file I used for this layout is Leaf Love. This is actually a background cut file and it gives great base for your layout.

I used a craft cardstock as my base and added white paint splatters to give pattern to the paper. I cut out the Leaf Love background from white cardstock with Silhouette Cameo. Then I cut out leaves from the Pretty Little Studio Oakley Avenue paper pad and backed some of the leaves.

Once the background was finished, I machine stitched the middle of the leaves and embellished the layout with Pretty Little Studio Oakley Avenue Stickers, Wood Veneers and cute Flair Buttons.

I hope you like my layout. It was so fun to make it. Thanks for stopping by!
