It seems as though EVERY kid has lost at least one tooth, if not eight (ahem-Sophie!!), that Cruz knows. He has said to me in the past, multiple times, "When am I ever going to get a loose tooth??" or "I'm never going to lose a tooth." I assure him that the time will come...

The time has arrived!! Cruz realized that HE had a loose tooth! He couldn't have been more excited. With the excitement, I would have imagined him wiggling that bugger 24/7. Well, that wasn't the case. I guess he was thrilled to have a "loose" tooth, not a missing tooth. A few WEEKS later, (after bugging Beau to attach his tooth to a door & slam it multiple times), Cruz's tooth was finally loose enough to doing something about it. Leave it to Daddy to add a new twist to the crazy tooth loosing madness that occurs at our house...we now have the "Coconut Drop Method". Here is a little video for entertainment purposes...

After one quick drop, it was out! Cruz was thrilled! Oshyn gave him the tooth pillow to use and he tucked his pearly white under his pillow. Then he decided to write the tooth fairy a note telling her he'd like to keep his tooth to show his teacher.
The next morning I heard some chatter from the boys room. Oshyn sounded just as excited as Cruz when Cruz showed him a note and the dollar bill, "I got a note when I lost my first tooth too!!!"
Here's to another mouth full of holy gaps and upcoming lisps. I think he already has another loose tooth.
